The software is overall well built but with much more features then we actually require and was hard to get the team engaged with it.
We have asked to reduce the number or licenses which was accepted and received the proper quote for it.

To my surprise they automatically charged my credit card for the previous year's package, which generated several documented expenses that they refused to credit.

Wrike made a mistake and refused liability.
We lost 570USD. Wrike lost a client and 1500USD revenue.

We recently deployed Wrike for the communications and marketing team of my mid-sized organization. In addition to easing the project-management burden and preventing any tasks from getting lost or overlooked, it has had the added benefit of allowing us to create a baseline for project capacity - we've got the receipts! - and set priorities accordingly.

I use Wrike daily since more than 5 years.
Wrike is a very useful tool for managing projects and tasks which makes your work easier and more effective and it helps the department in our company to keep organized. The communication between other departments in our company is much better and helps to get things done more effectively.
In dashboard you have a perfect overview to all assigned, to do and overdue tasks and in activity stream you get news about the work that is done in your team.
Wrike is improving continually and over time they have developed many new features in order to achieve better efficiency...

I have been using Wrike for 2 years as a marketing and project manager and should admit the very convenient tools for task assignment, management, control, collaboration with the team. the best!

Tried Wrike and not bad software, just made no improvements to productivity so decided not to renew, but found out renewed when company credit card bill came through. Looking at terms and conditions this is stated, but had been missed by my secretary when she signed up for me. We have asked for refund, but have been denied on the basis of the contract which is legally correct, but I think most would feel this poor practise. Looking at other reviews this is not an uncommon problem with Wrike customer service so will share this amongst the UK University network to make them aware and suggest alternative providers as preferable.

I've been a Wrike user for about 4 years now, and it's continuous product enhancements always amaze me. While I think there's room for improvement on the account management side, the product team seems to listen to customers and strives to make my life easier through all of the bells and whistles the platform has to offer.

Datenschutz ist für Wrike unwichtig: Seit drei Wochen versuche ich nun über den Support den Datenschutzbeauftragten zu erreichen - Fehlanzeige. Die zuständige Datenschutzbehörde wird trotz Nachfrage auch nicht genannt.

Hintergrund: Ich habe über meinen Account ein Gastprofil in einem fremden Unternehmen. Nach einer rechtlichen Auseinandersetzung möchte ich dieses Gastprofil löschen lassen. Für das Unternehmen hätte das keinerlei negative Auswirkungen, die Datensätze bleiben erhalten. Leider weigert sich das Unternehmen aber. Und auch Wrike. Die unsinnige Verweigerungshaltung des Adminstrators wird bei Wrike wichtiger eingestuft, als das Recht an den eigenen persönlichen Daten. Der Support empfahl mir letztlich, einen falschen Namen unter mein Profil einzutragen, mein Unternehmen nicht zu nennen, die Telefonnummer zu löschen und eine falsche E-Mail-Adresse zu hinterlegen. Dass das Auswirkungen auch auf die Darstellung bei anderen Accounts hat, wird dabei ignoriert.

Die gut gemeinte Teamworkbase wird somit zu einer bösen Falle. Man ist einem Adminstrator regelrecht ausgeliefert. Schlimmer finde ich aber, wie beharrlich sich Wrike weigert, den zuständigen Datenschutzbeauftragten oder die Aufsichtsbehörde zu nennen. Hier zeigt sich wiedermal die stoische Ignoranz amerikanischer Unternehmen gegenüber europäischem Recht.

It's a great tool that just needs minor improvements to be great. Once you get buy in from your team, there is so much you can manage with this one tool.

Viele Funktionen, die einfach implementiert werden können, aber zum erfolgreichen Arbeiten nicht genutzt werden müssen. Sehr guter Überblick für Projekte und Aufgaben.

Seit der Einführung von Wrike sind Abteilungsübergreifende Projekte wesentlich transparenter und in der Kommunikation einfacher geworden.
Die Einführungsphase wurde sehr gut betreut.

Wir nutzen Wrike jetzt seit über einem Jahr und sind sehr zufrieden mit der Software. Alle Projekte verlaufen nun viel geordneter und jeder kann auf einen Blick sehen, welche Aufgaben für den Tag anstehen.
Wir arbeiten außerdem mit den Anfrageformularen und den Jira und Salesforce Integrationen, die uns die Arbeit wirklich erleichern.

Wrike ist eine professionelle Projektmanagement-Software mit großem Funktionsumfang. Der Aufbau ist transparent und übersichtlich. Die Anwendung ist intuitiv nutzbar, aber dennoch sollte man eine Schulung in Anspruch nehmen. Ein großer Vorteil ist die Strukturierung komplexerer Projektaufgaben in Teilaufgaben und die klare Zuordnung von Verantwortlichen.
Angenehm ist auch das Berichtswesen, das einen schnellen Überblick über Projekte, Aufgaben etc. bietet.
Mittels Apps für iOS und Android ist man auch unterwegs immer auf dem aktuellen Stand.
Probleme bereitet die Desktop-App. Sie stürzt häufiger ab. Dies ist ärgerlich.
Wrike bietet eine umfangreiche Wissensdatenbank, die bei Problemen sehr gut weiterhilft. Ansonsten kann man auch den kostenlosen Online-Support in Anspruch nehmen.

Das Programm ist sehr übersichtlich und leicht zu verstehen. Es fördert die Kommunikation und die Verbindlichkeiten zu Aufgaben. Durch die Mobil App immer online.

Allerdings hat das Programm beim installieren der Desktop App einige Probleme, was bei den Kollegen nicht gut ankam. Im ersten Moment etwas irritierend und abschreckend. Deswegen ein Stern weniger.

Wrike has completely changed the way we keep track of multiple projects. We are a Web Development & Marketing team of 3 people and constantly have many projects running at the same time. Wrike allows us to keep track of multiple things at once and gives us a great place to upload any relevant files.

I have been using wrike for over a year now and each update keeps making it better and better. There is still some functionality that I would like to see improved but I love working with it. There is not really a wrong way to use it and it’s all based on the user and that’s great! I have been very happy with it and I love forward to seeing how it improves in the future
