I’ve been working on Wrike for the last 5 months. I think it’s moving into the space of being a Project Management tool but would categorize it as a task management tool. It’s great as a collaborative team management tool but lack some true fundamental PjM functionality.

Nickelodeon Experience Design's Project Management team has only been using Wrike for a few months, but the results of efficiency, clarity and performance has been second to none.

We use Wrike to manage all the projects for our annual user conference, and it works great for us! It’s easy to flip over the whole project and thousands of tasks each year, and easy to see who’s working on what and what might be falling behind. Great product with many different options for how to view your task lists, and lots of tagging.

Wrike collaboration for global deployments. Wrike has started our company down the path of greater transparency of deployments and collaboration across multiple time zones.

We use Wrike in our company of 3,000 people to automate and optimize work, project management, task creation. It helped to simplify many processes both in administration and in production.

We love using Wrike as a business for our creative team. It manages requests coming in, different views for different types of brains and managing all our deadlines in one place collaboratively.

The Wrike support team and account teams are very positive and helpful, quick to resolve any issues or queries.

Wrike is fantastic! With dynamic request forms, collaboration, workflows & transparency - the Brand & Marketing Comms team + wider marketing team members are loving the many benefits of the platform.

Wrike has helped me organize my projects so that I no longer and confused on what next steps to take. I am able to see my project tasks and assign them to the necessary people. I can inform staff on how the project is running without them needing a license or needing to sign in. I can track bugs and fixes with my developers. I use Wrike daily and look forward to future projects with it.

It changed the way we work!

We use it for almost every task in the company. We manege all sorts of requests projects and tasks in it. We share information throughout departments and so on. Before lack of communication en overextended team meeting were on a weekly basis. Now all this is gone. Information is fluent in Wrike.

Fantastic workflow and project management system, with api that integrates well into systems - few bugs here and there but developers are quick to fix anything major!
Customer support are very fast in responding and help with any issues I experience.
The project management makes it easy to assign and add people to tasks - and it is very easy to reschedule your projects.

Signing up for Wrike was a big mistake for our business. They upsold us a way bigger package than we needed and getting our team to adopt it was very, very difficult. Setup was challenging, and in the end we had to abandon it but they refused to refund us any money despite us barely using their service. Easily my worst software experience of all time, a complete waste of money and time.

In response to their reply, you didn't seem very sorry when we expressed our concerns with your software and asked for some of our money back. You especially didn't seem sorry when you up-sold one of my team members WAY more than we needed, and again refused to issue any kind of refund. You completely took advantage of us, your message here does absolutely nothing to help us reclaim the $3000 we wasted on this software. I see several other reviews with the same complaints of your predatory pricing and no-refund policies. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

After being a customer for 2 years they massively increased our renewal price. It's now totally unaffordable and we're having to move to an alternative, which is especially annoying after the amount of time it took to train our staff in Wrike.

Wrike.com are scammers and ripped us of $1500! Do I have your attention now? Ok, read below:

We are 2 guys and we really liked their project management software (at least we though so). We decided to purchase the full package for $1500 (they are minimum for 5 people for 1 year, so we have to overpay it). After 5 days (from 365), we figured out, it does not have the value for us, to justify the $1500 investment. So we kindly ask the Wrike to cancel our subscription and refund us our money. And they just start being arrogant as hell, show us middle finger and stopped any communication. Their only response was "we do not do refunds". (Ironically, before the payment they keep calling us and asking us how do we like their software)

I purchased the software as a citizen of EU and they are lawfully obliged to refund me back within 14 days period. But no matter the laws. There is this human view - would you rip off your client for $1500, if he is clearly asking you for a refund after 5 days from 365 period? We used exactly 1.3% of their subscription, which is $19 and they ripped us for $1500.

We are going to escalate this to EU regulators. But in the meantime, be aware - those guys have a nice software, but nothing which can't be handled by Asana or Trello. And the way. how they treat their customers is really not cool.

Signed up for a free trial, tried to use it then figured it wasn't for me. Since then I've had four emails and three phone calls. Seriously leave me alone? So annoying.

Time-sucker
This inflated system will have your employees glued to their screens in a very non productive manner... While it has many functions, it is too cumbersome and over inflated. It doesn't know whether it is a PM tool or a documentation repository. Lastly, the videos are useless... they zip through xyz processes and are not all that clear.
Best recommendation: Use a spreadsheet or a note pad... This is not an effective time management tool

I am using a free version to manage a small team of 4 people. Wrike's interface is clean, easy to understand and use. I would love to use subtasks, but that's only available in Premium subscription.
Still happy with my team and task management in Wrike!
