Excellent service from Wristcheck. They could not source the original watch I wanted but found a newer model in the end which was great. Thaïs, my concierge was very responsive and professional. The sourcing took a bit longer than expected but in the end was worth the wait. Great to have the mix of an excellent online platform to deal on as well as a retail location locally in Hong Kong.

Great experience! Concierge is very responsive on WhatsApp and was able to answer all questions and concerns I had regarding my purchase. My Watch was in Pristine condition and packaged very securely. Shipping took a little longer than anticipated but they constantly reassured me that they are doing their best to get my order to me as soon as possible. Overall excellent service and I will be using them for my next watch.
