This is a fabulous company. We have been using for 2/3 years now. Lovely toys and treats and packaged and notified of the delivery prior to receiving the two monthly box, so we know when to expect it. I don’t know who is more excited, us or the dog when it arrives!!! Thank you WufWuf ❤️

[I would give this 4.5 stars but it isnt possible on this website so I rounded down because their current average is higer.]
Firstly I would like to stress that the customer experience and service team here are great. They are absolutely not a subscription trap like a certain other name in this field (rhymes with 'muster fox')
I have recieved 2 boxes from this company and canceled (easily) due to monetary reasons. The toys I recieved are innovative and my puppy loved them, but one broke rather quickly. The treats he likes, aside from the latest milk bone, for some reason he wont eat it, even though he had the first one eaten in like an hour.
All being said, if youre looking for a puppy subscription box, I would choose these or love louie.

Great products and amazing staff
Great products and amazing staff. I have a GSD so some of the normal toys in the box last minutes. Spoke with one of the brilliant staff who said they could accommodate and I get an additional durable toy (slightly higher cost but well worth it). The treats are always nice and it’s good getting a variety. I don’t know who gets more excited now me or Kobi. 🤣 thanks guys fantastic company.

Great customer service
The quality is great and the customer service is even better. Just had a ridiculously nice person from their insta page refund me for an order I forgot about (completely my fault) and even offer to slow the subscription down for me.
Toys are good quality and I think the company makes (or commissions) them - they stand up well to my dog. Treats are very meaty and even my picky cat goes wild for them. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Always on time and full of fun toys and tasty treats! Our dog Eli loves the box so much, that every time I open another box he is expecting it's his :P
The toys are great and fun, love the themes!, and the treats high quality.

Good variety
Each box comes with a nice selection of toys and treats. My Labrador loves soft toys and the wuf-wuf toys are among his favourites. He doesn’t like peanut butter or yoghurt, so wuf-wuf always make sure he has meat or fishy treats instead.

My dog Prada and me love this…
My dog Prada and me love this subscription. We are never disappointed in what comes every month. Prada loves all of the treats and toys she’s got. At first I was worried about the durability of the toys as I think she is a super chewer. She always takes the first toy I give to her and she really kills it. But with all the other toys she plays a lot and does not destroy one of them. Customer service has always been good. When I asked them to give her only natural food treats they adapted her box. Prada is aleays very happy and excited when a new box is delivered and when we will open it.

Brilliant monthly fun treat box
The monthly packages are as exciting for me as for the dogs! They love the treats and adore the WufWuf branded unique toys, hours of fun for them and they already know what the box looks like I can't get it open quick enough. The chat feature on the website is easy and quick and the staff are lovely - nothing is too much trouble.

Pure joy for my pup - and an unmatched customer service
We received our first box over a year ago as a present, and my German Pinscher Hector was overjoyed with it so I kept up the subscription. Every month it's a highlight for him when his box arrives, he loves helping me unpack, and the toys always bring a sparkle to his eyes. What's more: The customer service is outstanding, unmatched and truly in a league by itself. Hector has developed several allergies which are all diligently catered to, and whenever there is a problem, someone immediately responds or even reaches out themselves to help. The people at WufWuf really care and go to amazing lengths to try and make dogs happy. The quality is fantastic, be it treats or toys, so it all amounts to an amazing, deeply satisfying experience - and, most importantly, so much joy for my boy. Thanks so much, you wonderful people at WufWuf!
