We love wufwuf! Couldn't recommend them enough. We get our Patterdale, Freddie, the power chewer boxes. He loves them and they are always filled with a different variety of treats and toys.

Wonderful company
Our young lab loves the WufWuf boxes and we love them too! The company has always friendly to us and made our pup feel like he is a friend of the company’s. No complaints, best company overall I have interacted with. They take the time to personally message us about our box and pup!

Couldn’t ask for a better subscription
Me and my dog Nova both absolutely love this subscription, never disappointed in what comes every month. Nova has loved all of the treats and toys she’s got. At first I was worried about the durability of the toys as I think she’ll end up being a super chewer when she’s an adult but if need be they also have a power chewer box which looks just as good. Customer service has always been good I asked for her to be on soft treats as she’s just a puppy and they adapted her box no issues. They also donate part of their subscription income to their partnered dog charity. Highly recommend

Do not sign up to this company.I have been trying to cancel my subscription since March of this year. They do not get back to emails or messages on their site. Despite saying you can cancel anytime I am getting nowhere. Very frustrating and dishonest.

Dog is obsessed!
My dog absolutely adores her monthly subscription! So much so that she recognises the specific box as hers when it arrives. Packed with seasonal themed plush toys, chews, treats, and other toys there is a great variety, although her mission is to see how quickly she can pull the squeaker out of teddies and cause Narnia in the living room with the fluff! Reliable updates on each month's shipping. The company also provided a donation box to take to Cape Verde for all stray dogs there which is just amazing!

Amazing
My girls love their monthly box and the postman can barely deliver it because they’re so excited! The toys are super durable (especially for a bulldog who can destroy toys VERY easily) and the treats are always enjoyed.the team are super responsive too.

Do not use this service. We have attempted to cancel the subscription at various points over the past 4-6weeks and still they ignore. No contact number and no response when using their message facility. Avoid.

We have had the last two Wufwuf boxes…
We have had the last two Wufwuf boxes and my dog gets so excited when it’s delivered! We love the monthly themes and the variety in the boxes! The treats are yummy and the toys are so much fun! We would recommend Wufwuf to all of our friends! We love it!

Appalling service they just ignore you
I moved house. I informed them. They did not acknowledge my email nor respond. They do not reply to emails. There is no telephone number. The live chat produces o response, contact us produces no response. There is no way of cancelling once you sign up and they ignore any requests to cancel it.

Had several boxes through the years for my dog, and loved every single one of them. Adorable themes, great quality products, and even their Wuff Magazine has helpful tips and recipes.
They have been great at pausing subscriptions when needed, so there's a lot of flexibility and you usually get tempting offers to resume your subscription when they have special offers on.
Love their team & my dog loves their stuff!

Great service
Great service. Wufwuf were happy to cater the boxes to my dogs preferences and diet. He's a small dog and finding toys the perfect size can be tricky. They've helped us find a few new options he loves (I have the extra toy option on his subscription). Their own brand treats have been a huge success for this fussy boy and actually smell nice.
Gatsby is pretty gentle with his toys and prefers interactive play with me so I can't comment on general durability for more typical dogs. They have an option for them though.
I love the different themes and unique toys. I feel it's really good value and I like that we both get a surprise opening the box. He knows it's his box and gets excited when it arrives. i think I can definitely say he appreciates it.
We once had a delivery issue and customer services were superb. I highly recommend wufwuf
