I did a lot of research before I bought an Onyx Collection Santoku knife from Wulff Den Deli as a present for my husband. I felt confident this company knew their stuff and I liked knowing the knife would be sharpened in their own forge before dispatch. I found a lot of useful information in the blogs on the website, well worth a look. The knife arrived within 48 hours from ordering, well packed and boxed with a plastic blade sheath inside. The knife itself is as beautiful as I hoped, very happy with my purchase. My husband has bought two more from the Onyx Collection to go with it.

Very nice knives and the leather wallet is also nice quality. The service couldn’t have been better and although UPS didn’t deliver to my house it was no real hardship. I bought these for my wife and I know she will love them.

Some of the best customer service i have ever experienced! Mike was so helpful and my knives (Bleddyn chef, Santoku and Pairing) turned up within 8 days during the pandemic (covid) and from half way round the world! The knives are of exceptional quality, beautifully made and SUPER sharp. I wish that I had got them sooner. Highly recommended and fantastic value for money.
