Really good communication, friendly and helpful. The knives are just as you would expect and are as much a work of art as they are a useful tool. The only small criticism is the packaging. If they want to make the whole experience of buying from them complete they should really post them in a nice presentation box, just wrapping them in cardboard and tape kinda took a bit of the magic away. Despite that I can still recommend the knives and the folks there seem lovely.

I cant say enough about the exceptional customer service and advice I received from Mike when deciding on which knives to buy. He was knowledgeable and helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. This is clearly a company that cares about their customers and the products they sell! The knives were a gift from my family and friends for my 60th and Mike even gift wrapped with a few extras and a card, so thoughtful.

The knives are quality and very sharp, if you are looking for a special knife with customer service and friendly advice to match, look no further, you will definitely not be disappointed.

They go above and beyond to ensure that you get your package on time.
They have the best customer service I have ever interacted with. Extremely understanding and helpful.
In regards to their products, they have amazing knives. I bought both the 5" Executive Japanese Utility Knife and the Professional 8" Japanese Chef Knife. They are both breathtaking. The curves and build of the knives are one of the best I've seen.
The handle and grip on both knives are excellent. Very easy to use.
The steel on both knives are sturdy and sharp. Both the 5" and 8" are capable of cutting anything.
The steel on the 8" did seem a bit too thin at first inspection but after using it, it proved to be firm and withstanding.
I can't thank Wulfdendeli enough.
I plan to purchase further knives from them in the near future.

So easy to deal with Michael this is our second order and will keep using this company for all our knives.
