My washing machine was not working and I called 1homeservice, they sent Edward who was very professional and fixed my washing machine very quickly.
I would definitely recommend them, great service, thank you Edward.

Excellent service. Very helpful and professional.

Eduard came to fix our washing machine and was helpful in explaining the problem and fixing it. Really kind, really respectful of the property and was tidy.

My only recommendation is that they provide timeslots or text updates, where possible. I

Company was quick to come , once guy came he said fridge needed gas refill so price went up to £188, lady on the phone kept saying they can do it but no warranty i went ahead with the job as i have young kids and expecting too. He came on monday afternoon and by the end of the day it seemed to work. Wednesday today and fridge is not working again!!!! Its a joke. I dont know what he did and if the job was done properly but it lasted a day!!!!

Confirmed a time of 4pm - 7pm. Didn't receive confirmation. Called up and was contacted via whatsapp to say they could no longer do the time due to engineers being over worked.

They tried to organise a time the next day to arrive 30mins before I needed to work. I requested they come earlier to have enough time to fix my washing machine and was told "the call out would only take 30 mins".

It's clear they wanted to charge a call out fee instead of actually fixing my washing machine.

Read the reviews and decided to cancel.

Great company - recommend washing machine repair
Fantastic service today from an engineer who came to fix my washing machine. Great communications and clear information from a really nice chap :-)
Thank you so much - would recommend with no hesitation

Got an engineer to come and have a look at my washing machine, was told that it would cost 180 to fix, and £90 just for the part. I refused there help and decided to see if i could find an alternative fix. When i checked for the parts online i could see that it cost only £8, and is a relatively easy fix i could do on my own. This company will fleece you, avoid.

I used 1home service appliance to repair the dishwasher! The engineer carefully explained to me how to use it correctly! what products to use! I strongly recommend them for their professionalism and promptness!

Service person came the day I contacted them and quickly diagnosed the fault and fitted the spare. The spare felt a little on the expensive side but at the same time I got the convenience of the item being fixed right away.

Engineer, Eduward, was brilliant, early not late, very honest with his diagnosis, polite and helpful. Can’t recommend him enough. Very happy

Fridge Freezer Repair
Arrived on time - identified and fixed the fault with our fridge freezer very quickly. The engineer Marius was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable . Very pleased with the service and will recommend them if needed in future.

Great service. Quick response and great value for money! Will definitely
be using this company again!!!

Great service very professional great price. You can’t ask for anything else. The workman was lovely which is important as a woman. Will definitely use again if needed.

They came same day and fixed the issue. The website was clear with the charges and they even had a manager come and check in on the progress to ensure that the brilliant technician was working to the high standard 1 Home service appliance set! I appreciate the professionalism of engineer Jack !

Fantastic service
The service technician was fantastic - he did a great job and explained what he was doing.

On time, professional, happy to explain exactly what he was looking at so I could understand and spot issues in the future. Highly recommend!

I used 1 Home service for the first time to fix a fault on my fridge. Eduard visited, first to do a diagnostic test and identify the fault and then to fix the fault by replacing a part. I was super impressed by the service. The call centre contact person was very reassuring and professional, all the contact via emails and texts were prompt and informative. I felt very looked after. Highly recommend and will use again.

Had a problem with my dishwasher and told them what it was according to the handbook. They came out and said it was something else. After paying for a new part the problem still exists. Was told to delete my review then they would organise an engineer. As I refused they have now said they will not fix the problem and are trying to blame me for low ability, baring in mind I have wasted 2 days waiting in for them. This is not a reflection of the engineer as he was great but the management of the company.

Scammers only come for the call out money!
