I have spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to cancel my subscription with this company. I couldn’t understand the people talking to me - it was difficult. But they took a lot of my personal information and it made me feel very uncomfortable and they never did get any information that the subscription cancellation because was complete and the call kept dropping.

Okay! I've just started taking this product for almost 30 days. What I have notice is... my sciatic nerve symptoms are at minimal. I don't have excruciating pain in my leg that shots up from my calf to my buttock. I know there are different herbal Milk Thistle and other ingredients such as turmeric along with black pepper. I know those 3 combined ingredients works wonders for my pain. As far as my liver, I have to report back next month is my annual physical. Looking forward to the results. I will update you. Oh, this is my second order, and I have lost weight but that be also with my metamucil as long as it working for me, I will keep using. My second bottle is on it's way.

Buyer Beware! Don't trust that no questions ask money back quarantee! I ordered a three month supply of Move MD. When I was charged for TWO three month subscriptions ($118 each) and had difficulty resolving the duplicate order, I decided to cancel the subscriptions and have nothing more to do with the company. I returned the products unopened and canceled the subscriptions. Today, three months later, I got TWO separate emails about two pending shipments of the same product. They were asking for an updated payment info. I immediately logged on to the website and found both subscriptions still listed as ongoing in the account in my name. I tried to cancel them and received the message that the subscriptions (BOTH 3 MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS) couldn't be canceled because they'd been shipped! I called. I was able to get the subscriptions canceled and waited for the two emailed confirmations. I asked about the refund for the previous two returned orders and was told there was a record of a return label being sent to me but no return received. I sent the products back immediately. She said she would look into it further and call me back. Several hours later, an email arrived from 1MD which said no return label had been sent. The phone rep confirmed my request for refund and that a label had been emailed to me. From the poor handling of a duplicate order to today's experience, it is clear to me that getting and keeping as much of our money as possible is the company's mission. Be careful!
EDIT: The reply from 1MD is baffling. In no way has the issue been resolved. I am still waiting for a refund and question why the email response contradicted the information provided by the phone rep. I have taken this to the Better Business Bureau for their assistance. Again, use caution before subscribing and giving credit card information!

Bought the junk for joint pain, just light your $50 bill on fire, this company is a farce & a ripoff 30 days no sign of anything from these fake pills, customer service is zero, the only place they respond is here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONY RIP-OFF COMPANY.

I ordered and subscribed for a supplement because I knew if I didn’t like it, I could return it. I have tried to return to company with no responses from them and couldn’t reach them by phone either!! I have sent at least 5 emails! They charged me for the bottles they sent out after I complained. I just got so frustrated with them, I sent the bottles back, with a note attached to refund my money. Didn't hear anything back from them! So, I not only paid $115.00 but have not gotten that back or the purchase I returned. Maddening!!
Amazing products, but hugely problematic site and zero interest in fixing it for their loyal customers
I have been a loyal customer for years, and I have nothing bad to say about their products. They might actually be the best supplements I have ever tried. However, sometime within the recent year, their website broke in a major way. They ship internationally, yet on the checkout page, the only country options are United States and Canada, so there is no way to place an international order online. I kindly let them know about it back in March and waited several weeks for them to fix it, but it never happened, so I ended up placing my order over the phone, which is a lot harder and riskier with spelling foreign names and addresses. However, the customer service representative on the phone was nice and diligent and managed to get everything right, so I received my order. Now, 6 months later, I need to place a new order, and to my surprise, the site STILL has not been fixed. I emailed them several days ago, with no response. I wish it weren't such a hassle ordering their products, and that they would listen to their clients when they let them know about major issues, not just ignore them.

This company is impossible to reach. They require a call or email to cancel a subscription. However, after being on hold for a very long time, the call disconnects and three emails have gone unanswered. So my only recourse is to start the process of disputing through my banking institution.

I e-mailed customer service to cancel my subscription 1 week before my order was sent & received no reply at all. They billed me so I called & waited. I got a rep on the line & they could not hear me. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me.! Worse customer care ever!!!!

Terrible! I have emailed 2 times now and they keep sending. How do I stop this? Now I have to go to my credit card company? I will never do business with this company.

Horrible - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
If I had a choice, I would give this company 0 stars rather than one. They take your order and double it, send you two exact amount bills which they charge to your charge card, and then you have to go through the whole process of disputing the second charge. THEN, several months later they send you two bills once again (higher than the first ones) when you've already asked them to cancel any membership or subscription you have with them ( even though you've told them several times that you DON'T want and more of this stuff and cancel everything. Then they don't answer your emails, and put you on hold on the phone if you call, until you can't wait any more. Horrible customer service. Actually NO customer service.

ordered product. still too soon to give review on how product is working. but have to say, i experienced bad customer service. i tried to go online to postpone next order. my account doesn't give option to delay order or cancel and change credit card info. calling phone number, gives recording that is "all circuits are busy now". Customer service links don't work. I won't be doing business with a company that does not provide a good customer experience pertaining to delaying of orders or returns.

I didnt see the results after 90 days, so I tried to stop the renewal..Similar to the posted reviews, hard to cancel... Called twice and didn't wait long enough to get through. Emailed customer support multiple times to cancel, before they posted the next ship date, but they ignored my emails, and shipped anyways. They obviously want our money.. Disputing the renewal charge with my ccd now, and they are still not giving up.

1MD Nutrition has the worst customer service - period.
I cancelled my subscription in writing to their support email on 4/21 - a full week before my next shipment - but received no reply, and my shipment was NOT cancelled.
I was charged $107.97 for the shipment I cancelled - I immediately emailed Support again on 4/28, asking for a refund - and also called their Support line, which only had a recording saying they were experiencing a large volume of calls (not surprising), and that all cancellations would be processed within 72 hours.
NOTHING - no response, no refund, no cancellation. I emailed again on 5/29 - NOTHING. I called Support today (6/7) and finally got through - and was advised my subscription was STILL ACTIVE. I asked to cancel and for a refund.
** I was advised I would have to RETURN the last shipment, PAY myself for the return, and wait up to 21 days for my refund. UNACCEPTABLE.
I finally managed to get 1MD to send me a prepaid return label - so I don't have to also pay for the return of the product I cancelled in advance.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update 6/10 > The reply from 1MD (below) is NOT TRUE - I have still received no refund from 1MD.

Symptoms and fine print
I had bought a 30 day supply of the beet heart healthy formula. After using it a week I got terrible gas, bloating, cramps and diarrhea. I should have read the fine print where it can cause these symptoms. But when I called to make the return they said it had to be in its original packaging. Even though they have all my information and what I had bought and I would’ve sent the product back just in different packaging. But the bag they sent it in was very inconvenient to scoop powder out of so I put the product in a glass colander. Advice to anyone buying this product 1) save the packaging, and 2) read all the fine print and possible symptoms before purchasing. Another word of advice don’t go buying a whole years supply before testing the product. I have read other reviews where people have done that and not gotten their money back!

What I ordered my product from this company a whole year supply and they send it to the wrong address I sent it to a place in California instead of place in Tennessee I tried to find out where they were and try to contact them but they were not able to contact them at all I had to go to my bank and cross reference the order showing him that I never received your order and it went to another home they are the worst company to deal with to try to get your order in yet to this day I still haven't received my order but thank God the bank is working with me on getting my money back stay away from that company they need new management or someone to manage a company that knows what's going on with the consumers

Buyer BEWARE. I bought a year's supply of CholestMD from 1MD Nutrition which is a RUBBISH product that FAILS to deliver results. As well, the capsules have a strong chemical odor and aftertaste that made me wonder everytime I took it whether I was ingesting toxins. Finally, 1MD Nutrition has a very strict 90 day return policy. During COVID when doctors were operating via telehealth & for other reasons, I wasn't able to get my blood tested sooner than 4 months after taking the product to see if it was working. It didn't work. Despite positive dietary changes, CholestMD was not only highly INEFFECTIVE, it actually caused my cholesterol numbers to INCREASE. Because of the product's ineffectiveness and the chemical odor I asked for a refund. Only because it was outside of the 90 days, I was denied. An agent referred my request to a supervisor who never cared to respond after I sent 4 emails. Can you imagine, a customer ignored. Do NOT deal with this company or take their products. 1MD Nutrition does NOT produce quality products, nor do they care about their customers. They just want to steal your money. STAY AWAY!
