Scam of a site and I’ve wasted a lot of money with it. Asked the chat and emailed the manager multiple times to close my account and never reply. I’m trying to stop gambling but they don’t give a shit about us aslong as there making money. Some people are just horrible scum of the earth.

Withdrew 2000 out on the 28th of March been getting told since the 21 business march that my withdrawal is been but as priority and will be processed soon the same automated messages from live chat its now been 31 business days and still no change, ive never had a problem with payout before and normally received my funds within 3 days but this time around is a joke let's hope its sorted soon.

A little update still no further forward on getting my withdrawal, still getting the same old repeated messages off live chat 7 weeks and counting.

Have been waiting 2 and a half years for a withdrawal of £1700. Like others, I had countless conversations with live chat as each time I submitted a withdrawal request they kept returning the money back and coming out with spurious excuses. Didn't think I would ever get paid. Following my most recent contact, I received an email from some "VIP" manager asking me to make a withdrawal to my bank card. I dismissed this as yet another stalling tactic but Incredibly I have now received the payment. Totally ridiculous that I had to wait that long of course, but perhaps some hope for others still waiting.

Waited 4 months for my withdrawal 4 months !! Finally recieved my money but advice most strongly stay Well clear of this web site.

i placed a withdrawal on the 5th of march of 1500 pounds and to this day i haven't received it (i'm on business day nr. 48 lol).
I keep sending emails to support, my vip account manager blocked me, live chat gives copy and paste answers and just lately i have a whatsapp number of a ''account manager'' wich gives out bonuses and stuff whom i asked about my withdrawal and i have first been told about ''staff shortage'' and lately about some ''international payment provider'' issues.
COMPLETE BULSHIT!!. i have played with them before and never had this issue.. maybe delays of like 2 days over the 7-21 business days but nothing more than that..
I SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO. games selection poor, withdrawals take really long and live chat is terrible.

Update number 1: on 15th of may they cancelled the payment saying that they have some issues with the international payment provider and requested me to withdraw via bank card or crypto so i did.
A few days later the person i'm speaking with via WhatsApp told me it has been aproved but it hasn't because their live chat said the opposite lol and i've tried texting him and he's not replying anymore.

update number 2 : they sent my money on the 6th of june. huraaaay after months of waiting and complaining and going back and forth. i have requested my account deletion and i never played there since

Bonjour mon pseudo chez 4crownscasino est karima el yansli le 1 Novembre 2023 j'ai gagné 1300€ jai fais une demande de retrait quelque heurs plus tard je recois un mail de la part du manager VIP (M Éric bauer) qui me dit que si j'annulais mon retrait et que je continuais de jouer et que par chance je regagné il s'occuperai de mon retrait immédiatement et qu'il me donnerait un gro bonus bref...je sais pas si je dois appeler ca de la chance ou pas ! Le même jour j'arrive a gagner 4000€ je fais ma demande de retrait et je le recontacte, je n'ai plus jamais reçu de réponse de sa part il m'a carrément bloqué, le 1 Février 2024 mon retraut a été annulé automatiquement au bout de 90 jours j'ai refais la demande le 2 février 2024 et depuis ce jour nous sommes le 26 mars et je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon retrait le support est très désagréable,toujours les meme réponses (nous n'avons toujours pas de nouvelles... ou veuillez patienter...bref ) carrément ils me coupent la fenêtre du chat des fois sans même me donner une réponse je sais plus quoi faire cest comme même une grosse somme d'argent et j'aimerai tellement les récupérer si quelqu'un peut m'aider. They are absolutely appalling. I've had to run a claim through my bank twice to get money back they took and never credited. The volatility of the games is absolutely terrible. I've emailed them 3 times about it, they have credited some bonuses but the games do not behave the same as other sites. Don't spend money here you're wasting your time.

Been playing for a year on this casino and never had any issues with payouts. It’s only £140 but requested the money on 29th December and I am now at day 43.
Usual bot replies and chat keeps getting closed down when I ask difficult questions. Especially when you speak them and call them by their name. Had a very similar experience with Mr Sloty got the money in the end but after about 4 months. Asked them for bonus as an apology. Gave me £42 credit with something stupid like 75% wager amount. Made a withdrawal of £1900 on 22nd January and today marks 28 business days since even though you’re told 7-21 lol strange thing is I’ve made 2/3 withdrawals before and never had an issue but this time is a different story. Copy and paste messages of exactly the same thing no matter who you talk to. Can’t say I’m too optimistic that I’ll ever see the money but I guess we will wait and see.

Update: Business day 35 and still nothing has changed. Not very hopeful that I’ll ever see this money but will update if I do.

Update 2: 51 business days now since I made my withdrawal and still just getting copy and paste messages saying the finance team have a high volume of work and they also say they need to make sure it’s not a scam which actually tickled me as it seems like we are the ones getting scammed. Will update if anything changes.

Update 3: literally updated this 2 hours ago but after a lot of back and forth and contacting the VIP Manager today I finally have my winnings in my bank!!!!
All I know is I won’t be playing at this casino again!!
