Bad customer service
It's such a shame because everything has been great quality and arrived in good time but my 4th order had an error on the shipping address which resulted in it being returned to sender. So they have my hoodie and my first postage payment but won't send it back to me without me paying postage again!! just rubbish customer service. They know the correct address but are making me pay to have it sent out again.
Apparently £3.99 is worth loosing a repeat customer and everyone they know 😔

Placed an order for next day delivery
Placed an order for next day delivery, order number 5P108788. No item received, emailed the company - no response. Called the number on the website twice and the lady answered the call said that there is only 1 man who deals with 5pound stuff and doesn't start until 10.30 - if this is the case why does the website say 9-5??
This is a Christmas present and need asap

Ordered 18th November, got a email to say items were dispatched 24th November. Items never arrived and royal mail never received items, have emailed on couple of occasions to see where my order is and have heard nothing back from them for over a week. Have requested a full refund but still nothing back from them
