I booked a family holiday to Morocco were I sent my wife and kids and this company made my mind at easy by firstly getting me a great deal for the holiday and secondly helping me step by step with holiday.

Brothers and sisters please stay clear from this travel company. I dealt with Taimoor for my Umrah Package for a family of 8. On initial enquiries all seemed wall, the hotels were selected alongside the flights. It was agreed the payments would be split into 2 payments, and paid within 30 days. Once the first payment was made, Taimoor did not communicate at all, and all communication was non existence, I was constantly chasing him up for the travel tickets, which took 2 weeks to get. After that the hotels we agreed for the pacckage, Taimoor refused to book and demanded full payment despite agreeing initially to allow 30 days to make the payment. I made the payment but still no hotels were booked. Constantly chasing him up for updates, the full amount for the package was paid, yet he did not book the hotels. Only to advise me the medina hotel is fully booked and we have to change the hotel! I complained and raised this with management and external agency, after a few days i managed to get the hotel i paid for. The transfers between hotels, airports and zirats were always late. The initial experience with this company was awaful and extremely stressful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

A complaint was made to a senior management you are perfectly aware of who I am, No action was taken, Tamioor was not professional and provided an appalling service. I would never use this company or its subsidiarys ever! PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT STRESS.

I performed Umrah in late November and it was an unforgettable spiritual experience. The travel agency provided excellent service throughout the journey. Everything was well-organized, from the airport pick-ups to hotel arrangements and transportation between holy sites.

The staff were polite, helpful, and always available when needed. They ensured that we were comfortable and guided us smoothly during every step of the our umrah. The overall experience allowed us to focus on worship and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Makkah and Madinah without stress.

I am grateful for the opportunity and happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone planning to go for Umrah.

If there was 0 stars that would have been more suitable for these guys. They ruined my mothers Umrah, these guys are professional liars and will make you feel helpless once they have your money. These people trap you by their fake 5* reviews and once they have your money then that's it they change their tunes. These so called religious people are the most corrupt by adding HAFIZ in front of your name does not make you good or better. Giving the Ummah a bad name all for money!!!

I was completely misled by this company, I have messages with their agent who confirmed a stopover and total flight time of 7 hours.
The actual booking was for a 14 hours stop over alone! As you can imagine this was very distressing for my elderly family members travelling with me to Umrah.

I raised this concern weeks before the flight but as I had already handed over my money they were of no help.

Despite 2 agents admitting their mistake over the phone, their manager refuses to acknowledge the error and blames it on the airline. Regardless my dealings were all with the agents and so I would have expected them to deal with it.

Even when we did reach Jeddah, we had to wait 45 minutes for the driver to arrive and would not reply to any messages meaning we had to purchase a sim card to buy data and contact the UK and call him on his number, and then on our journey from Makkah to Medina the driver refused to take us to the right hotel, we had to call the UK and get further confirmation so that the driver would drop us off at the right place. It completely ruined what should have been a very special experience.

Do not use this company and if you do triple check all details and ensure you have it all in writing.

I recently booked a flight package through this agency, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. At the time of booking, I was clearly informed that the total travel time—including the stopover—would be about 7 hours. A week before my trip, I discovered that the stopover alone was actually 14 hours, not including the flight time.

I contacted the agency immediately to get this corrected, but they refused to acknowledge any mistake and placed the blame entirely on the airline. Despite showing them the information I was originally given, they offered no support or solution.

Based on my experience, I felt misled and unsupported during a stressful situation. I personally would not book with this company again, and I encourage others to double-check all details carefully before committing.

We stayed at Pullman Zam Zam in Madinah close to masjid nabwi ( 2 mins walk ) great comfy hotel loved it. In Makkah we stayed at Anjum hotel a very big hotel about 5 minute walk into Haram .
Hotels you can choose yourself and Danish will take care of the rest , he really takes the stress out of all the planning leaving you to pack get ready and prepare mentally for your journey.
