Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido excelente, y qué decir de la calidad del jamón, ya más que conocida por los amantes del pata negra de Guijuelo.

Rettifico la mia recensione a 4 stelle da 1 che avevo dato.
Un mese per sostituire un prosciutto spedito senza cotenna e non sotto vuoto.....
In Italia non si potrebbe spedire così da un altra nazione.
Detto questo dopo UN MESE di discussioni mi arriva la spalla in sostituzione.
Non l'ho ancora aperta lo farò stasera.
Detto questo......ancora il corriere non mi ritira la vecchia spalla ....che ho intenzione di r.e.stituire.
Ho anche fatto reclamo al corriere bartolini.
Sono una persona corretta ...vorrei r.e.stituire ciò che non è mio.
Se qualcuno passa a riprenderla....
Vediamo.
Loro dicono di essere passati ...ma io lavoro in un concessionario siamo SEMPRE aperti.
La qualità del prodotto è ottima la spalla è dolce.
La stagionatura però non mi sembra elevata il prosciutto è morbido.
La comprerei ancora !

In eerste instantie ging de levering fout echter hebben wij de heerlijke ham nu lekker in huis. De kwaliteit (3 jaar gerijpte semi iberico) is absoluut wat je ervan hoopt te verwachten, geweldig.

Was de levering iets soepeler gegaan hadden we zeker de 5 sterren gegeven! Dat zal dan ongetwijfeld bij de volgende bestelling zijn ;).

I have placed an order online 11 days ago; supposedly my order would have been delivered on Dec. 23. My order has been sitting for days in Barcelona with a tracking number for a box of 0kg?? and I don’t seem to be able to get an answer on what is going on. An immediate full refund is all I would ask at this point.

Ordered ham for xmas on the 14th dec, received email confirming shipping on the 17th - so far so good. After a few days thought i would check the location, followed instructions on the shipping email to find the tracking number only to find it wasn't listed on my order. Emailed 7bellotas to query and after a 2nd email received a tracking number that showed the package was only picked up by the courier on the 22nd Dec....5 days after the original shipping confirmation. It's now in Germany somewere and not with me for Xmas. I'm sure it will be delicious when i eventually get it, just a shame the shipping experience has been poor.

Fantastic! The Bellota Pata Negra was just amazing. I have tried many different hams such as Joselito and 5J and this was up there with them. Highly recommended!

I purchased a ham from them through ebay, and here is my review:
First, it said free shipping. That was the first lie. They replied the next day shipping was not free, despite the ebay description said so. So I had to pay shipping outside of ebay, which is against their rules. If they screw up with the shipping price, take the loss and raise the price of the item. I could have reported them to ebay...

Secondly, it was to include a stand and knife. The knife was not included afterall. And then their real bs started... They claimed customs had opened the package and taken the knife. Simply not true since all the original packaging was intact. And if they would have taken it, why did they leave the holder, which in a previous review here, was taken by customs?

Their view of customer satisfaction is below anything I have seen.

All in all, there are better places to go for your bellota ham

Bad.
No mandaron el producto.
Se equivocaron y echaron la culpa a la transportadora.
No respondían al teléfono.
La solución que proponen, en vez de hacer la entrega inmediata, es devolver el dinero, cuando lo que se espera de una empresa es que hagan llegar el producto a la mayor brevedad.

I have three things to complain about:

1. I ordered four different products, but once I finally received the order only 2/4 products were right and the other two had been replaced to something else without the company letting me know. In addition, honestly the 48 months cured cut ham had been stripped of all fat so it was not nearly as tasty as it should have been. Very disappointing when you pay good money for something that you “know” will be delicious.

2. The delivery time. When I placed my order, I got an estimated delivery time four days later, the package was supposed to be delivered to my home. In reality I got my package more than a week after the said delivery date, and I had to drive 66 kilometers to pick it up myself, adding another 15-20 euros to what I in reality paid to get my order. Also, I had to call all different possible delivery companies myself to try and find out where my package was and how I was supposed to get it (I did not get any information from 7Bellotas about this).

3. The complete lack of customer support from 7Bellotas. Naturally I told 7Bellotas about me getting the wrong products, the delayed delivery time and that I had to drive far to pick the package up myself instead of having it delivered to my home. The response from 7Bellotas was right out rude, especially when they questioned me about ordering what I ordered instead of just accepting what they sent and be happy about it. Whatever happened to “the customer is always right”?! If I wanted to receive the right products they wanted me to send the wrong ones back, paying for the delivery myself since “it is to expensive for them”... And a refund for the additional cost of me driving to pick up my package? Forget about it, they never even addressed that question. They said I was going to be refunded for the difference in cost of the wrongful sent products (they sent me cheaper ones), but three months later I still don’t have my money.

All in all, 7Bellotas is a bad company with a bad attitude towards their customers. If these things would happen in Sweden, you would first of all get the right products sent to you without having to pay for it and without having to argue and being treated like a moron, at least if the products cost less than 20 euros a piece. Secondly you would get refunded for the additional cost of having to drive yourself to pick up your package. And thirdly, you most probably would get a discount code of 10-20% to use for your next order, just showing good will from the companies side.

Do I recommend 7BELLOTAS? No way!

EDIT/Update 27 september 2021, more than 2 years after my purchase and almost 2 years after writing this very honest review:
Still no refund from 7BELLOTAS. this company is just BAD!

EDIT/Update 10 November 2021: 7BELLOTAS keep posting wrongful information that they have refunded me - THEY DID NOT GIVE ME SO MUCH AS A PENNY BACK! WORST COMPANY EVER!

7Bellotas have finally fulfilled my order, so I have two pieces of ham as ordered.

One is double the size I wanted, but that is not something to worry further about.

I could live without their harassment asking me to update Trustpilot to reflect their, albeit late satisfaction of my complaint.

It remains true that they took no action before reviewing on this site.

Hopefully they will in future look to fulfill orders as placed and not substitute for their convenience, and where the customer is unhappy they will look in the first instance to address their dissatisfaction.

Very good quality ibérico ham, the real pata negra

1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

My experience with 7Bellotas has been absoulutely horrendous!
In a case where they where suppose to refund me my money, for a piece of ham, that wasn't vacuumed correctly, they handled it with lies about the transport-company GLS, saying they have been at my address several times, to collect the ham. But GLS had never had the order from 7 Bellotas! And therefore had never been at my address to collect anything.
- I spoke to GLS, and they told me they had not received any orders to collect anything from me!
Asking 7 Bellotas to give me the Parcel number/a tracking number/reference from GLS, they just don't answer me! Just the same frase, that GLS had been trying to pick it up, but i wasn't there.
They have been dragging this out for several months now. And I am not gonna get my money back.
I have NEVER experienced such bad disgraceful service before!
