Wunderschönes Design und äusserst hochwertige Qualität - auch der Kundenservice war herausragend ... es gab in der Weihnachtszeit eine kleine Verzögerung wegen Paketstau eines Versandanbieters aber das Problem wurde 1A von Seiten der zauberhaften Damen von 92 The Studio super gelöst - ich bin begeistert! Ich habe so viele Komplimente bezüglich der Schmuckstücke bekommen, werde Stammkundin werden - mein absoluter Lieblingsbrand in Bezug auf hochwertigen Modeschmuck!!

I ordered some earrings as a gift for my girlfriend and the package was received on time. Also the product was in line with the expectations and my girlfriend really like them.

The earrings are really beautiful! Their quality is evident from the first glance, and they give a touch of class and sophistication to any look! They are light and comfortable to wear all day.
The shipping service was excellent too!

I don’t want to give even one star. Horrible experience with this “company”.
I ordered earrings almost month ago and I asked several times where’s my product. They lied to me that they have sent it but it never came. You have to spam them to answer and always getting empty promises. This company is total scam. Influencers please don’t boost this company because they dont take care about their customers and regular people never gets their orders.

And now they blaming the customer💀 nice 👍🏼 They wrote an email and asked to change this review so wonder why i didn’t reply. Everyone makes mistakes (someones more) but company always should take responsibility and never blame the customer. So unprofessional and btw still no package after 7weeks :)))

Worst experience with a company. I ordered on the 3rd of december, never received the package. The company told me they were going to refund me. For 2 weeks now, the company doesn't reply to any email and I still haven't received the refund. Avoid at all costs.

I made an order the 19th of december and was told the package was sent 3rd of january. The 15th of january, the package still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service and was told that they weren’t aware. I was promised an update but today I still haven’t heard anything and I’m not able to come in contact with their customer service. Very bad experience!!

Ich bin begeistert von meinen neuen Ohrringen! Die Qualität ist der Hammer und sie sind sooo schön! Ich habe schon einen Sweater und er gehört zu meinen Lieblingsteilen, werde sicher wieder bestellen. Kundendienst auch mega nett und hilfsbereit.

The greatest thing about this company is customer support. I had huge issues with dhl failing my order 3 times - and every time they were there to help and moreover to keep attempts to deliver the items to me. Also the quality of goods is really decent!

Es ist kein zuverlässiges Unternehmen!

Am 13. Juni 2023 habe ich 8 Schmuckstücke bestellt, das Geld wurde von meinem Bankkonto abgebucht und von da an bis heute der 4. September 2023, habe nichts als Lügen erhalten, sie belügen mich, dass sie es geschickt haben, aber sie wollen mir nicht die Tracking-Nummer geben obwohl ich mehr Male verlang habe.
Sie verschicken es jede Woche aber ich erhalte nichts. Ich sagte ihnen, sie sollen mir das Geld zurückgeben, aber sie antworteten nicht.

Update 13.09.23: Nachdem ich viele Nachrichten auf Instagram verschickt hatte, erhielt ich das Paket am 08.09.2023 nach 3 Monaten unvollständig, von 8 Schmuck habe ich nur 4 bekommen. Jetzt warte ich darauf, dass der andere Teil eintrifft.

Ich kann alles, was ich sage bestätigen!!
Wenn ich dir ein Foto auf Instagram geschickt habe, wollte ich dir zeigen, dass ich es unvollständig erhalten habe.
Und das Schlimmste ist, dass sie bei der Beantwortung meiner Bewertung lügen und die Opfer und Beleidigten spielen, als wäre ich derjenige, der lügt.

Update 14.09.23: Als ich am 08.09.2023 nach 3 Monaten endlich das Paket erhielt und mir als Entschuldigung ein T-Shirt geschickt wurde, das ich nie wollte. Das Paket kam unvollständig an und Sie stimmten zu, mir die 4 Schmuckstücke zu schicken, die Sie mir nicht geschickt hatten, und als Entschuldigung nochmals boten Sie mir einen Ohrring an.
Was war meine Antwort? Ich habe kein Interesse an irgendwelchen Geschenken, ich freue mich, wenn ihr mir schickst, was ich gekauft habe, denn ich habe die Nase voll mit euch.

I love this brand, I've bought hoodies, hats and recently the jewellery! The sweatshirts are beautiful and are very good quality. The jewelery collection is wonderful and very competitively priced. Shipping always on time, communication very kind and helpful if you have any questions about the fit. Definitely recommend!

please, beware that this is probably some scam. ordered earrings for my daughter and they never arrived. company said that they shipped them but they are not able to provide any proof. save your money never shop there.

I Ordered earrings three weeks ago. Three weeks ago they informed me that the order was shipped but it was actually never shipped. When I filed a claim with Paypal they informed me they will ship the earrings but they never did. They keep lying and now they are not even responding my emails but they still have my money. Do not order items from this eshop!

Ordered some earrings in May. They never got shipped, both times they have said that DHL handled the package wrong. Have sent e-Mail two e-mails the last week, and they have stopped responding me.
Seems like a scam.

Edit:
They didn’t respond my emails within 6 hours, in the end i had to Contact multiple times before the answard. They said they would wire the money back latest that date. They didn’t and i took it through paypal to Get my money back. Now they keep trying to make me change the review «since it ruins their business». And the package didn’t Get lost in customs twice. They can’t send me proof of shipment, so i guess they never sent it.

Life happens and UPS lost my package on the way from Germany to USA. Julia, the founder, stayed in touch with me the entire time and even added an extra item for the inconvenience. I appreciate the generosity and kindness.
