Hier stimmt was ganz und garnicht. Ich hatte 2 Produkte bestellt, die sind jedoch nie bei mir angekommen. Eine Sendungsnummer habe ich nie erhalten. Der Kundenservice hatte dazu kreative Erklärungen parat: das Paket wurde vom Versanddienstleister vergessen zu scannen und ging dann verloren, eine erneute Sendung wurde als Päckchen verschickt und ging dann ebenfalls verloren. Ich habe das Geld nach viel hin und her am Ende nur durch eine Beschwerde beim Zahlungsdienstleister zurückerhalten. Ich würde dort nie wieder etwas bestellen.

Update nach Antwort des Unternehmens: meine Bewertung wurde gemeldet, ich bin sehr gespannt aus welchem Grund. Ich bin selbstverständlich in der Lage, all meine Erfahrungen zu belegen.

In the meantime, I have a couple of clothes from this brand. The quality is super high and I`ve never hadserious issues with my orders. But still, when I had a question, the team was always engaged to help me and responded within a couple of hours.
Love this brand so much and recommend it to everyone!!

Geld von Kreditkarte abgebucht, Ware nie versendet. Jegliche Kontaktversuche werden gar nicht oder mit unsinnigen Ausweichmanövern beantwortet wie z.B. DHL ist derzeit sehr langsam. Totaler Nonsense, wenn eine Sendung gar nicht erst versendet wurde, hat die Performance von DHL ziemlich wenig damit zu tun. Hier liegt, wie schon andere Rezensenten hier berichten, Betrug vor, den ich bei allen relevanten Stellen melden werde. Unglaublich, dass ein solches Unternehmen überhaupt noch am Markt ist.

92thestudio macht tolle Produkte. Die Hoodies sind weich und bequem und die Qualität stimmt! Da ich gerade Mama geworden bin, ist es die perfekte Kleidung für mich. Die Lieferung war schnell da und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut! Ich bin mit allem zufrieden und kann diese Marke weiterempfehlen!

Fehlerhaft bedruckten Artikel erhalten, erst wurde ein Ersatz versprochen und dass aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen der fehlerhafte Artikel behalten werden dürfe, daraufhin Rechnung bezahlt. Ersatz kam nie an, obwohl dies mehrfach zugesichert wurde, angeblich , keine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer erhalten, dann keine Reaktion mehr. Retourenetikett gefordert, keine Reaktion. Dann nach etlichen Kontaktierungsversuchen und unter Zuhilfenahme des Zahlungsdienstleisters Zusicherung, dass ich die Rechnung storniert würde. Nach Wochen dann endlich das Geld zurückerhalten.
Über Monate wurde ich hingehalten, zwar stets freundlich, aber immer mit erlogenen Ausreden oder es folgte gar keine Reaktion. Kontakt nur online möglich.
Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!

Emails get generic answers or none at all.
Only after this review they started taking action and after 4 months now they finally repaid me.
Overall bad experience.
