Recently worked with Ryan Mulraney at access mortgages to buy my first home. Amazing service from a very professional team. Kept me updated at every stage and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. Ryan was a great support and it was clear he had my best intentions at heart to get the best deal to suit my circumstances. Could not recommend Ryan enough, first class service!

Thanks to Denise at access mortgages I was able to get my mortgage despite the imposed furlough and the banks change of policy in the midst of the pandemic. It was a trying time and Denise Dickinson kept me reassured. With her knowledge and experience, she was able to overcome the obstacles resulting ultimately in securing my mortgage. The process was drawn out over more than 3 months and at times I became frustrated however Denise remained calm and, understanding my position, even called me out of hours to progress the application.

Ryan is a friend of mine but remains professional at all times. And in fact have passed Ryan’s number over to several of my friends who have also had a great experiences.

We were recommended access mortgages by a family member at the start of the year. Due to covid restrictions and continual changes to expectation of the lenders and laws we are so glad we had Ryan.
