I visited Thailand with acetravelexperiences recently was such a great trip the people were lovely the trip manager Ruby was amazing. All transport and activities were well organised made a stress free trip that I really enjoyed and I will be booking again!

I recently traveled to Thailand on the island hoper tour with Ruby as my guide, Ruby was overly helpful and friendly with a bubbly personality. She maintained organisation throughout the trip and ensured the top priority was the group having fun, which we did! I would highly recommend ACE whether your a seasoned traveler or if it’s your first time!

I recently travelled with Ace on the Thailand Island Hopper tour, and it was absolutely AMAZING. Everything leading up to the trip was seamless, and once I arrived, I didn’t have to worry about a thing—they had every detail perfectly planned. Ruby, our tour guide, was the sweetest and funniest person I’ve ever met, and she instantly put all my worries at ease. I’m already looking to book another trip with them to Bali next year!

The tour leader was so welcoming and bubbly and fun to be around. Any issues I had, she would help with and get them sorted out.

Considering this company hasn’t been running as long as some of its competitors, Ace completely exceeded expectations. They have the perfect balance of taking care of you as professional guides, whilst making a friend in every guest that books with them. The trip to Thailand and every excursion, transfer, accommodation was smooth and well organised. There were so many amazing activities provided that I may not have found without them, as well as a great amount of down time to explore the different islands as you wish. Ruby was our rep who was more than welcoming, caring and always down for a laugh. Peter was our local tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we were all safe and looked after every step of the way! If you’re wanting to go ‘solo’ travelling but have no idea where to start or nervous to go entirely alone then I couldn’t recommend Ace more. You meet so many new people (inside and outside of the tour group) without having the stresses of travel/ logistics /safety. The trip gave me the confidence to stay out and continue my travelling, but mostly it gave me friends and memories I will never forget. Recently travelled to Thailand with ACE, this was my first time “solo Travelling” and it was the most stress/anxious free experience I’ve had. You meet amazing people, and really find a bond for yourself! And experience incredible things along the way. Tour guide’s Mollie & Pop were also both incredible throughout the trip! Would recommend to anyone thinking of doing it, and hope to join another tour myself in the near future.

Travelling with Ace was the best experience ever, if it is your first time solo travelling I’d 110% recommend. Our trip manager Mollie and Pop made it so stress free you didn’t have anything to worry about, they are fab. You meet so many amazing people and get to experience fun activities along with the gorge sunsets. This trip has definitely give me the confidence to continue travelling solo on my own in the future and rejoining with Ace again.

I recently returned from the Bali Island Hopper trip with Ace Travel Experiences (September 2025), and I can genuinely say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Every detail of the trip was so thoughtfully planned, from the stunning islands to the daily activities, it felt like every day was a new adventure!!

The itinerary was the perfect mix of culture, exploration, and relaxation. We got to snorkel in crystal-clear waters and see Manta Rays, Turtles and more, we toured beautiful beaches, and had so much fun as a group, it was so easy to bond with everyone right away. There were also optional extras throughout the trip like surfing and yoga - and I’m so glad I tried them.

Both trip reps, Ruby and Jay, were absolutely incredible. Ruby brought such warmth and energy to the group, she instantly made everyone feel like part of a family. Jay was so knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had the best time possible. You could tell they both love what they do, and that energy was contagious, and I feel so inspired to continue travelling the world now.

If you’re even remotely considering this trip, DO IT. Ace Travel Experiences made it easy, fun, and truly life-changing. I came back with new friendships, great memories, and a new level of confidence.

I did the Bali hopping in September and absolutely loved the snorkeling, Gili t was amazing seeing the manta rays was probably the best experience I’ve ever had in my life! Jay and Ruby were incredible. Will absolutely be booking another tour with ace travel experiences!! All the accommodations were impeccable and everything was so so so well organised!

I went to Bali with Ace travel experiences for their Bali island hopper trip in September 2025 and I can honestly say that it was one of the best trips of my life. Having never flown outside of Europe, it was comforting to know that the reps Ruby and Jay were on hand to help with any questions or queries. The trip was well planned and every day was jam packed with activities such as beach tours, snorkelling and an evening dinner on the first night as a group. We were also introduced to optional extra activities throughout the trip such as surfing, scuba diving, yoga and horse riding on the beach which were my personal highlights of the trip. I couldn’t thank Jay enough for encouraging me to face my fear to scuba dive for the first time, and Ruby for being so warm and welcoming and treating me as a friend, rather than just a guest on the trip.
