Once in a life time experience, I was so scared at first thinking I was getting scammed and I was also scared travelling by myself. Jay and Ruby messaged us all in the group chat and individually coming up to the trip which was very comforting.

Some off the activities that where advertised on the ace itinerary we didn’t do which I was slightly disappointed about however the activities we did do where amazing. Some off the activities where optional and we had to pay which wasn’t a problem because we booked onto them before hand which jays help. Travelling thailand with ace was so easy didn’t have to think about anything because everything was already planned and organised I just had to wake up on time. I definitely wouldn’t be able to do it without ace, If your thinking about booking with ace do it you will never regret it!! Made friends for life ❤️

Such an amazing opportunity which I will remember forever! I made the bestest of friends which I will keep in touch with when we go back home and even booked in for Bali next September with them too❤️.

Jay, Ruby & Neena are superstars! They were really helpful and attentive yet also gave you your freedom to do what you wanted to do yourself (so not like a school trip at all which I was slightly worried for😂).

In terms of activities, the organisation was perfect and we did not have to worry about a single thing other than turn up, the only pointer would be that there was a couple activities on there (I.e Yoga, Waterfalls) which did not take place however, this did not make a huge dent in the trip as the reps made big efforts to keep us all busy throughout the days with places to visit / restaurants to chill at from their personal recommendations.

If your thinking about going abroad solo to thailand or with friends. ace travel experiences is the best company to go with!! Looked into booking this trip when a close friend done the trip last year and she couldnt reccomend it enough. As a solo traveller i was nervous about booking the trip, but ever since december last year ruby and jay have gone above and beyond for me and any questions/ queries i had, they was quick to help me, they’re both very friendly!! Your there friend from the get go with those two before you’ve even booked!! The way they organise this trip is amazing, once booked your added to a group chat with everyone who is on the trip which you make friends with everyone before your even nearly in thailand. The whole process has been a ease, especially because everything is organised by them, all activities, accommodation, and travel to and from the islands that we’re going to! And they even help with booking flights which is great because there is not much you have to do, because they’re available to help with everything! Thankyou ruby and jay for all your help! I cant wait to get on that plane ✈️ 🇹🇭

I travelled to Thailand in November 2023 with ACE.
I would never have had the confidence to travel alone to Thailand but the reps helped us every step of the way making it a stress free process and made us all feel safe the whole time!
The reps organised amazing hostels, hotels, villas and activities all included in the price! We got taken to an amazing Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket that was really ethical and made an amazing experience for both us and the elephants, we got to feed them, mud bath and swim with them. Many more activities included boat trips, snorkelling, view point, quad biking and so many more!
We travelled to so many beautiful islands with minimal travel time between each thanks to the carefully planned itinerary made by the reps meaning we had more time to enjoy our experience.
I’d highly recommend travelling with ACE for a relaxing travel experience!

I have booked to go on the March 2025 Thailand trip, and the sign up process has been so smooth. The reps have been super helpful and answered every query I’ve had. I’m so excited to meet the reps and everyone on the March 2025 trip and go on this adventure! March can’t come quick enough!!

There’s is not enough words to even explain the experience I had other than AMAZING! From meeting in Heathrow to the minute I got home i had the best time and I don’t think anything will ever top it, the reps, the places you see, the places you stay and all in all Thailand 🥹🫰🏽 I’ve met friends for life & love every single one of them and so glad I got to experience the trip with them, I don’t think it would of been the same without them! My favourite experience was definitely the elephants, just seeing one in real life was just amazing and again the reps planned everything thing and it just couldn’t have gone more perfect. If you are thinking about doing it, DO IT I promise you won’t be disappointed and I can assure you I will be joining them for a Thailand trip again! Big love my guys 🫶🏼

Me and my other friend are coming on this tour and Jay made a conscious effort to make sure we got a private double room in the hostels that we will be staying in! We had pictures sent to us what it would be like and constant information about the booking process. So excited!

My mum was so worried about me going here but Ruby got on the phone to us both and thoroughly explained the trip and also meeting at the airport which was what i was really nervous about. We come off the phone so excited and reassured that i’ll be safe ☺️

The sign up process was so easy, and I received a phone call from a trip manager to get me onboarded as a guest. Jay and Ruby were super helpful as I explained I am a very nervous solo traveller. I’m so excited for this experience and have already made a few friends with the girls in my groupchat for the November trip. Can’t wait to meet you all!

Had such an incredible experience in Thailand with Ace, met so many people and friends for life. The activities were amazing and we went to some beautiful places that I would probably have never found. All the reps were fantastic and truly made my traveling the trip of a life time!

I've been wanting to go to Thailand for years but none of my friends would go.

I found Ace travel through instagram and the photos look amazing. I spoke with the rep Jay and he sounds like he really knows his stuff. I'm confident he'll show us all a wicked time. Roll on October.

I have always wanted to travel Thailand, After filling out an interest form on Instagram i was contacted by one of the Ace Reps called Jay who provided me with all info about what was included in the package and what dates were available. Jay was so helpful and answered all questions i had. I did a little research on the company to put my mind at ease and came across others that had done the Thailand trip before with Ace who told me how much they loved it and what they got up to. A week later a messaged Jay and booked my place for October. Im so excited already and counting down the days.
