Survey questions went well. The survey wasn't too long. It got stuck on the video and would not replay nor make the video to go on available

Great way to supplement your income. The website is very easy to navigate and there's plenty of surveys that you can participate in. Unlike some others I've tried, they actually pay. ACÒP send survey opportunities right to your email. I would recommend them.

Been using this site for years taking surveys and getting paid without issues for the most part. Honestly was one of the best survey sites.

Recently have started to have issues where I take a survey and finish the survey after 15+ minutes, but it says thank you for completing the screening questionnaire. Even after spending an hour taking a survey where I watch an episode of a show and give my feedback with the survey number at the end matches the email survey number. I assume they have a glitch on their site, but they just tell me I didn't qualify or it switched me to a new survey (which I never was notified of during the survey process if true). Does it make sense that I watch a whole 45 minute episode of an upcoming show and them am told I don't qualify??? That is my latest experience. Please fix your site and credit my account appropriately.

I have a ticket open with them still, but haven't gotten a response in over a week. They said that credit should be applied for the survey by the end of last week but no credit yet and no response after I followed up. Lowering my rating to 1 star until this is corrected.

The survey about USAA Claim was extremely long, rambling, not many questions did not allow for answer to direct the correct timeline of claim process and repair timeline.

I experienced the pleathora of just how many different streaming and movie apps is out in the world and how confusing it all gets and becomes when trying to choose the "better deal"

It didn't take long to do and it wasn't as repetitive as other surveys can be.

I love doing surveys especially when I get a chance to voice my opinion.
