American Consumer Opinion is legit. They give me the opportunity to give my opinion as well as earn some extra income. They're great !!

Not too short. Not too long!

The quality of the survey was good.

Support is non existent when you try to find out why a survey did not pay you for a product you test, been contacting since December 5th, zero response. Contacted someone else they sent me back to the “support” that has refused to contact me over a test product I tested, reviewed and did not get paid. It is now December 22nd with out my money for said test product and survey completed with zero response from support

I've been asking for technical help and getting none, been taking surveys through to 100% and getting error messages at the end with $0 compensation. Looks like ACOP gathers information without paying. Avoid this site. Technical issues can't be resolved and participants aren't heard.

Scammy. I started using this survey website recently and was approved for a product test. I received the product and completed the after survey and was never credited the points for it. I reached out and received an email saying they were looking into it. I waited weeks in between following up and never received another reply. Then to add to that I finally reached enough for my first cash out but, of course, never received my payment. This survey site is not reliable and definitely not worth wasting your time on.
And their reply shows just how crappy they are. Lol. Do NOT waste your time with them .

you kept it short and i didnt have to answer different variations of the same question.

Payments are always quick and accurate. I enjoy most of the surveys and they pay fairly for my participation.

I enjoy the challenges in ACOP surveys to see if I qualify. It's exciting when I qualify.

why does it take so long for points to go on your account and get money to paypal

I have been a member of American Consumer Opinions for many years and have truly enjoyed the surveys, products to be used and reviewed and feeling like I’m contributing to the community. I would recommend ACO to anyone that wants to use and review products and do surveys.

A very interesting survey to do. I really enjoyed it.

I know my voice is heard as a consumer, and the incentives are great and are always paid as promised based on the points accumulated.

After taking about 50 surveys, I got to one that I did not screen out of and actually got points for it. Worth maybe $1, so yes, it "does work"!

Good survey site to earn money

I really like taking American consumer surveys. They are interesting, slightly different than others, are not too long but make you feel as if your injury matters. They are one if my favorite suits.
