Tried to ring the executive Manager to let her know my arm keeps getting stuck between mattress. And this could be fatal for someone with a disability. She gave us her business card. But the phone not taking any calls. And when you ring the 1300 number you speak to AI. And when I finally got o to the company they refused to do anything.

Product completely misrepresented by the sales people.
Product not designed for 188cm male, feet continually hang over the edge if any inclination is used.
I haven't slept through the since It was delivered. I would happily sell it but I wouldn't be able to lie like the sales people.
Buyer beware! The company claims it is "buyers remorse" well it is as the bed is a joke for my wife and I!

Love our Adjustamattress bed so much we have just upgraded to a bigger size. Initially brought the dual Queen at a Christchurch home show about 7 years ago. I had just had back fusion surgery after years of back pain so was very keen to see if adjusta was going to help. Hubby wasn't keen until he tried the bed and he now loves it. The team at the Timaru home show today were amazing and we are looking forward to our slightly bigger bed and the new lumbar feature. Thanks team, we can't recommend these beds highly enough.

I bought the bed at the 2025 Sydney RAS and it was perfect for the first 2 months. Then it stopped working . I rang the office and I was answered by a virtual assistant (no real person. After working my way through that I was sent a text with a list of things to do to fix it, Nothing worked. I rang again and eventually got transferred to someone in sales who gave me another quick fix which didn't work. I tried unsuccessfully several times more. I don't know where to go next.

This company has great sales persons and efficient delivery but the follow up support was confusing. Eventually I recieved a call from SEAN who was most helpful and fixed the issue was one of my own making ( child lock on).

Based on the bed itself I give it 5 stars. It fixed my broken sleep patterns and eased my Rheumatism. Definitely a good decision to buy it on the spur of the moment at the show.

Adjusta mattress means you get the electric bed without having to change the whole bed. Just the mattress. We travelled for a year with one in our caravan. Best investment ever. Allowed us to turn our bed into a lounge. We now can’t live without it, but we like our current bed frame, so we are now about to buy a king size mattress for our new bed at home.

The sales team were very informative. We had heard about the product through family and was given a very competitive price.

The staff and the service we were given at Adjusta was amazing. We had an issue with the sizing of the mattress we had ordered for our caravan, and the management and team resolved it for us. So happy with our new bed.

I love my adjusta bed, from the sales person to the delivery we were supported through out. The features on the bed mean that I can easily adjust the height and comfort as needed and the massage feature is just what you need at the end of the day

The bed is comfortable, a little too high for elderly people, would be great if it was 5cm lower, easy to make, great massager, great night light. No partner disturbance at night.

Sales were professional, beds delivered and installed quickly. Comfortable sleep.

We received helpful information when making the decision to buy an Adjusta bed. Once we made the decision to purchase one, we agreed the terms and delivery date.
It was delivered and set up by two very pleasant and efficient delivery people.
From the first night we have liked the feel of the mattress, not realizing how much we needed the support of a good mattress. We are still getting used to the top and bottom adjustments to find the best position for us, but confident that will only take a little more time.
We are very pleased that we made the decision to buy this bed and happily recommend it.

These beds have transformed our lives. Me personally am now able to be asleep in less than 10 minutes as compared to over 90 minutes before and now getting a full nights sleep. No more tossing and turning. Just hit the button and I'm in dreamland.

There was a slight mix-up with delivery but that's all in the past These beds are the best. One negative, They won't fit in a swag

We absolutely love our Adjusta King bed! It’s been a total game-changer at home, so much comfort and support, and being able to adjust it exactly how we like has made such a difference. We loved it so much, we didn’t hesitate to get the caravan version too. Now we’re sleeping just as well on the road as we do at home. Couldn’t be happier! We tell everyone we meet on the road and even get them to try it out . Staff we great to deal with and the delivery drivers were lovely and set everything up for us with a demonstration.. couldn’t be happier

from start to finish the crew at Adjustamattress were so professional without being pushy. Just showed us the facts and how comfortable the mattresses were. Just the ease of ability to operate, comfort & overall suitability for my condition

The vibration on the one bed no-longer works. We have called in and somebody assisted us on the phone to test the remotes and wiring. For a 65 year old female it was a huge effort to lift the bed to get under it. The remotes was working, as we tested it with both remotes on both beds. Yet you have sent us a new replacement remote which is not necessary, and the vibration is still not working. It is frustrating, as it is a function we had to pay for extra and now we don't have it.
