Purchased our king sized mattress in late 2024 for my wife and I. The first six months were great however the mattress has developed a clear sag on my side as well as a noticeable dip for my wife.

Even a 5cm thick latex mattress topper hasn’t helped.

The Sleep Republic website says that unless there is a visible dip of 3cm or more then no warranty applies. This of course cannot be seen given the plush upper side of the mattress fills in the sag where the springs which have clearly given way. We check each time we strip the mattress.

It’s impossible to tell with your eye but very real when you lay on it.

There is a very noticeable ‘ridge’ in the middle of the mattress like a speed bump. We rotate the mattress once a month (since the day we got it) and we encounter the same issue in both orientations. Pretty disappointed.

Best mattresses. We have bought 3 now. 1 king for us & 2 of their single kids mattresses. We love how our mattress is firm yet comfortable. The pillow top layer feels plush but doesn’t sag in. Kids are super happy as well on theirs.

I purchased one mattress back in 2022 for my husband and I and we have had such good sleep since then. Absolutely love the mattress! It's really good for partner disturbance because you can barely tell when the other person moves which is great because we have a toddler and I get up in the middle of the night quite a bit. We just bought our second mattress last week for our daughter so now she has her very own sleep republic mattress too. I highly recommend the mattress. I also experienced great customer service from Tanya and Danielle.

We have owned this matters and their recommended base for less than a year, within 7 months the mattress started sinking in the middle and curling up at the edges. It has since been discovered that the base has warped and there is a 3.5cm dip in base and mattress and it’s getting worse. We want a refund so we can buy something different as we dont want this to happen again. They are flat out refusing to issue a refund for their inferior quality products that are not fit for purpose. They have offered to replace them but I feel it will happen again and it’s not a satisfactory solution.
Be warned! They will not help you when something goes wrong and for us it failed very quickly. Do not trust the quality.

In a time when a great product (which they have) isn't enough, Sleep Republic goes out of its way to make sure customer service gets top consideration.

You will get a quick answer, you will get a detailed explanation, and most importantly, if there is a f***-up (in my case, it was the courier company), Sleep Republic OWNS THE MISTAKE! Do you know how rare and human that is?

I'll recommend their mattress because it's super comfortable (I like mine firm-ish, BTW) their mattress protector because it lives up to the claims. And their mode of business because it is effective and lets them pass their savings onto me.

If I have any feedback (and this will only make sense post-pandemic), it is that I'd have liked a solution to moving my mattress up a flight of stairs. You will need a mate (or two) to help you. But apart from that, no hassles at all.
