Long delays in responding to my letters and/or getting things done. Not a good experience at all.

Very poor communucation from the start of my claim, never call back when a call back or update is requested. I have had to chase my claim numerous times. Raised concerns with a manager and since then nothing has changed they have sat on my settlement since end of febuary and not passed this on to me dispite numerous calls will not be renewing policys again with Admiral .

The whole admiral legal team has been excellent and incredibly supportive through out. They have been very clear on what they need from me and explaining processes and stages involved. The online portal was incredibly helpful and made constant communications, updates and document sharing very easy, which significantly reduced the stresses involved with the process.
