Absolutely horrendous service which I would rate with a minus number. I had a severe car crash almost 2 years ago and the compensation process is still ongoing. I am being asked for documents I sent a year ago. There is no clear communication as to what is happening. I have complained, and I have sent a complaint to the Ombudsman in April of this year, and they are also dragging their heels. It is ridiculously stressful to have to keep dealing with a claim for a traumatic accident that I don't wish to relive, with no clear end date or information about what is happening.
