Great product, poorly packaged, was ripped open on arrival, just one layer of thin cardboard for a heavy product is not enough. Luckily no visible damage.

The service was good and swift delivery however the product i bought was poor, manufactured well but didnt serve its purpose. Made no difference to the sound vibrations. Misleading product information
