It took two months to get it. It does not follow you around as shown on their website. All it does it make a frustrating yapping noises and a few steps bumping into things. False advertising. Do not buy.

What's the story

I am with everything else who complained that they didn't get what they ordered. Total garbage. I just received my 2 dogs in a bag and not USB capable. Totally not same product indicated in advertisement. I contacted my credit card company fraud department who is working on my refund.

This is an absolute scam. Dog is cheaper than cheap - so poorly made a child wouldn't be safe playing with it. No usb capability, runs on 2 AA batteries. Waste of money - DO NOT BUY!

I waited three months for the product to arrive and when it did, it's nothing like my ordered item. It's a total piece of crap. I am having no luck getting in touch with the company for a refund. There's not even a number to contact anybody. This is a totally scam company. Don't waist your money.

BIG SCAM!!!! NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED!!! They refuse to refund your money! And they won't take them back! If I could give 0 stars I would. Like others have said came in a plastic bag no instructions and QR code is FAKE and not USB charging must use batteries and look like dollar store rejects!

If I could give less than one star I would, not the item i purchased could have got one from the local pound shop.
Now fighting for a refund

I bought the robot dog. Nothing like the videos this company used. This is a total piece of garbage. Came in a plastic bag envelope. No box no instructions. Not rechargeable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Also have to jump through hoops for a refund. They make it hard so you'll keep their crap

Advocates is a scam. I ordered a so called realistic robot dog a month ago. I received nothing! They send a phony receipt and shipping number. When I put the shipping number in the international number they don’t recognize it. They don’t answer emails at all!

Ordered a robot dog which looked real. I got a cheap rubbishy toy that was nothing like the ones shown. Used batteries ,not chargeable. Their site asks for reviews as they didn't have any. I wrote one with all the faults and lies, needless to say it wasn't published. I tried so many times to write another one with no success . Do not buy anything from these chancers,!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I was stupid enough to fall for an advert for a pair of earbuds that where supposed to automatically translate a foreign language into English .
I was sent a pair of ordinary ear buds for listening to music etc.
Whe I complained they said I had to keep the things I had received and they would give me a $2 refund on something the cost $49 plus postage.
I refused this so they increased my offer to $6 and when I refused that and pointed out that I just wanted the thing I paid for they practically told me that as it would cost me more than I paid for it as I needed to post it back to China I should take it or leave it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS.
PASSING OFF SHODDY GOODS IN PLACE OF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED

I ordered a robotic pet dog... waited a month for this to come in. Just received today and what I got was a little battery operated dog that looks not like a real pet but, a toy you can pick up anywhere for about 10 bucks.

I agree with the numerous negative reviews of this company. I'm unsure of the name of the company since I got several names in the various stages of a bogus purchase (Starcraft Network Limited? tresureproducts.com? JDOEECOSHOP?) - all of those appeared on the purchase. My warning - steer clear of this.

I was led to believe l was getting a realistic USB charged cat but what l received was pathetic.This company should be ashamed of themselves. I should have read more reviews beforehand and would have saved my self some money

The dog is nothing like as advertised. All it does is walk along and bark. Nothing else and it is run on batteries. Bitterly disappointed how do they get away with it? Can't believe I fell for it.😪🤤

Buyer be aware and do not buy this robotic dog, it is a fraud. The video shows real dogs moving around, but the real truth is showing in the box. The robot dog(s) do not match what's actually moving around or even gestures. This is fraudulent activity. So please review before purchasing. I was playing a game and pop-up comercial shows up advertising the robotic dog. As I closely reviewed the advertisement, I can clearly see the scam, the real dogs moving around are real, but there is no video in there advertisement about the robotic dog(s) and how it moves around. Total fake and false advertising. There is alot of activity like this on the web, and you need to do some due diligence or have common sense to no when something is fraudulent.

I couldn’t stop laughing at their robotic dog, and I bought 2 like a IDIOT!!! Was never able to get in touch with anyone in CS so I called my credit card company and opened a fraud case! They gave me my money back, thank you Citi but they actually sold me a $3.99 yappy dog, mine didn’t even walk!

Terrible. They advertise one thing and sell you a low quality item, (garbage is the right term). First they overcharged me and they blamed it on the system error. I proceeded to cancel my order immediately, but they refused to accept this and went ahead anyway, even though they were told, in writing for 5 consecutive days. Started a bank reverse charge, which resulted in my favour. They are scammers, do not buy anything off of them.
