Je me suis fait prendre une première fois mais plus maintenant. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on n'a pas arrêté ces gens et mis fin à cette publicité mensongère.

The robotic dog that I ordered was nothing like what was being advertised.

What I received was a dog that took normal batteries and not USB charged. All the dog did was yap and walk, no interaction could be had.

I have tried to get a full refund but have been offered 10 dollars in compensation.

This company needs to be shut down.

I purchased a robotic dog. What I got was a mechanical dog that you put batteries in not charged by USB. This was to be a Christmas present. Do not be scammed by the advert.

I ordered a translation earbuds but they sent me a regular one. They admit but they offered me $4 discount (10%) I told them I don’t need this nameless earbuds, send me my original order or send me the full refund, but they refused.

The advert uses a real dog to mislead, states the engineering is top quality and the product displays a series of different manoeuvres. This is not so. Originally the advert stated USB powered, not so....it uses batteries. The fur, while soft is not as stated (like real dog fur)! As I live in NZ this product was expensive and took almost a month to arrive. How is this company allowed to get away with such a blatantly obvious scam?

I purchased a robotic toy dog based on a Face Book ad. I was suspicious of the video and pictures in the ad because it appeared that a real dog was used instead of the toy dog advertised. I was so excited at the thought of having a toy dog with real dog features as a therapy pet, with having chronic illness. I even chose the ad promotion for the purchase of two (2) planning to gift one to my mother who had to give away her own companion dog because she could no longer care for him. Against all reasoning I proceeded to check out with Paypal and was blind sided by the final cost. The cost of one (1) item was very vague when I opted to purchase the offer of two(2) I had to subtract from the cost of two.
Once my suspicions were realized, I immediately requested to cancel the order and for a full refund. Paypal is investigating the purchase and has contacted this illusive merchant. The merchant responded to my request stating that they were not able to find my order and requested additional information, which I provided to them in the same thread. This may be a stale tactic to make claims to all or part of my refund. Their refund policy is very suspect. I use PayPal because it gives me peace of mind when buying online that I have some recourse against the bad players out there. I am still awaiting the final outcome.

This place is a scam do not order anything from here they take your money and never send the product I’m reporting them they are stealing your money

On December 3rd, 2024, I ordered 4 translation ear buds. It's now January 9th, 2025 and I still have not received my orders. But, they took my money. Not satisfied and very disappointed.

Bought headphones for real time translation as their advert All that I recieved was a pair of Bluetooth headphones not capable of real time translation all they offered me was a $6 refund i paid $26.98, could buy on Amazon for £8 with next day delivery instead of 4 weeks.This is the last email from them.

Relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you.
In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high.
Is this possible that we increase the compensation to 6 US dollars ?

Con artists, stay away from these. They do not even bother replying.
I bought Ultra Link Free Wifi Router [UNLIMITED SATELLITE INTERNET] from them. Instead they sent a cheap router, it was missing parts that they advertize, especially the crucial aeriels. I have reported them for false advertizing and reached out to my bank to block them and get a refund which they are doing.
Save your money and keep away from these con artists.

I ordered a high end undereye concealer and brush following an ad on Facebook, fir which I paid what I thought was a reasonable price. Today I received an infinitely inferior product with no brush. I have tried to email and message the company, no joy regarding a reply. The company also operates under the name of Starcraft Network Ltd and there is actually a group on Facebook for those who have not received what they have paid for.
I find the positive reviews for this company very suspect; the syntax and phraseology are remarkably similar. Trustpilot, please look into this. I use Trustpilot frequently and I need to know I can trust the reviews.

Ordered several items for Christmas gifts on 11/2/24, received tracking it for to the US then it just stopped. Customer Service did respond back and gave me a new tracking number. It never updated. 12/24/24. Nothing received and Customer Service won't respond. Disputed the charge. Scam

I ordered the translation earbuds. After a three week wait they finally arrived. What I received was cheap earbuds that you can buy for . 99cents. They do not translate. I contacted the company and they offered to refund me 2$ I declined and requested they either send me what I ordered or a full refund. They then offered to refund me 5$ again I declined. Now they don't respond to me at all.

I have just been doing research into this company and I do not like what I've discovered. 1st, all the reviews have the same language, almost all using derivatives of "handy little gadget". Very suspicious. 2nd, and very troubling, is their address doesn't exist. Anmoore Rd. In New York City isn't real. There isn't an Anmoore. Rd. in New York City. They haven't verified an details at all with trustpilot. Also problematic. The website scam detector gives it a trust score of 40.6 out of 100 and says they do not recommend using this suspicious website.Come on trustpilot! You can do better than this!
