The worst garage I have ever been to. There is no safe place to park, and the staff are rude and unprofessional.

Punctuality simply does not exist here. If your car is booked in for a specific time, you can be sure you will still be waiting another 30–40 minutes before anyone even starts working on it.

The place is dirty, poorly organised, and the staff are unhelpful, rude, and completely disorganised. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

My daughter visited this garage, in Newhaven, Edinburgh, following a failed MOT for brakes. She collected the car, once 'repaired' and drove to work. After a 45 minute drive, on motorways, to get to work in Fife, she had the horrible experience of brake failure, as later diagnosed by the recovery company. As a father, I was horrified. She had it taken back to the garage, who were very non-plus or apologetic and simply 'repaired' THEIR fault!!
She recently returned home to the Midlands, where I chose to get my experienced mechanic to check the car over and service it.
Guess what, the front brakes were shot and dangerous and the car should not have been driven.
She will not be returning to AG Autos in Newhaven.
Look elsewhere everybody!!!
