First visit, my daughter test drove a Fiat 500. All great, she just wasn't a fan of how the car drove. 2 weeks later we went to test drive a VW Polo. Refused the test-drive unless we agreed to purchase the car on the day.... Other customers were asked the same question.

Needless to say, we all walked away. Avoid at all costs.

Bought my daughter a Hyundai as her first car. Car been superb albeit first week dealer fantastic not pushy and by the number of customers whilst there clearly a trusted garage in Loughborough will definitely look there again if we need a new car

Signed up with One Stop and Paid £135 for a Service and MOT. AGA Motors was assigned. Meant to pick car at 8am yesterday picked up at 11am. At 2pm called to say the car had passed the MOT and Service but in order to sign the book need to change Spark Plugs and Brake fluid change. Charged me £159.60 for the Spark Plugs and Brake Fluid £180. Send in order to turn the service light off this has to be done. Check the Kia Manual Spark Plugs are changed only after 90,000 to 100000 miles, brake fluid again did not need changing at 36000 miles. They rip you off do not go near either of these two businesses. My husband just told me to pay it to get the car back before they do more damage. Spoke to Kia today where I normally take my car every year and they said both these things need not have been done. The price is exhortionate as well. The Car is only 5 years old with 36000 miles on the clock still under the KIA 7 year warrantry. Read very bad reviews on Yell but I have already paid the £132 up front otherwise would have cancelled when I saw the reviews for the Garage used by Service Stop

Came across very trust worthy and did not charge for advice after he didn't have the right tools to do the work and provided other local recommendations. When he could do the work his prices were competitive and good service.

I have used this garage for minor and big stuff with my cars over the years. I found the owner to be a very genuine person. He will try to fit you in as early as possible and does the job properly. Two other best things about this place. Low charges and open for the full day on Saturdays. Highly recommended.

Only go to A. G Autos for anything that my car needs. Always first class service and they always do something extra which they never ask for payment. The costs are so reasonable and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I have used AG Autos a number of times, each time I have received great customer service. The staff have great knowledge on a number of mattes and I found them to globe trustworthy and relatable. Their pricing is fair and definitely a company I would recommend to my family and friends.
