We used Agent & Homes to purchase our first property as the flat was listed with a few agents but none were as responsive as Agent & Homes. Jack was always on the ball and very helpful with pushing the deal through.

We found ourselves lucky to have been introduced to Tim Lawler. A consummate professional for whom nothing is too much trouble.

We took Tim on to manage our Flat in South Kensington where we were having a bad experience with both our tenant and existing manager.

They gave us an honest valuation for our house. They were helpful and flexible. They went above and beyond to work around us and find us a great buyer. We managed to get a very quick sale and the whole process was as stress free as humanly possible. I would highly recommend them.

Called on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!!
Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me !
I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated.

Amazing experience with Valerie at Agent and Homes. She has been looking after our 5 bedrooms flat for the past 3 years as if it was her own home. Trustworthy, reliable, always available, I could not recommend her more.

I put my property up for sale in February and used 2 well known agents in Notting Hill. Come August and neither had many viewings, all they recommended to do was ‘drop price’ for obvious reasons. I met Jack and he was open about the market and actually advised me with best options. I decided to re let the property within 48 hours Jack had the property let and it’s the best thing that’s happened this year! Every property going forward is only with them.
