When I opened account and after deposit and few bets I seen some of these reviews I was totally concerned ! The sports betting website in itself looks pretty decent and had no issue and quick settlement of bets

Verification was painfully slow but eventually everything verified but the biggest issue is withdrawing ! I managed to make 2 x 500 withdrawals back to Mastercard 500 profit the first withdrawal happened within couple of days but the second one 2 weeks (maximum withdrawal 500)! Which doesn’t make sense if your balance more ! But yesterday my second withdrawal appeared in my account - I honestly don’t know if I’d trust this company to bet further so I’m going to leave it alone I got everything I asked for in way of withdrawals but it took time !

I made a deposit via Bitcoin 27/11/2021 to the address specified by the site, the money was sent in good faith and it never ended up in my account on the site.

I have been to support many times and they have not been transparent in telling me what is being done to resolve this issue, i am now out of pocket of ~£175, i just kept getting thobbed off with i need to wait, its being investigated.

I am going to also report this company to the UKGC as they do not hold a valid license to serve customers within the UK.

Absolute terrible casino. After depositing over 400€ and playing mainly on 50p bet I had little return. They tell me that their RTP is regulated, by whom I ask myself. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMER.

I have to say the markets and the site is good and quick settlement.

However, something definitely not right. Firstly, you can deposit by visa but when I finally decided to try and withdraw found out you cant withdraw by the same way. Had to be bitcoin which I have zero idea about and so proceeded to spend the money over time anyway. That's my fault but the lack of withdrawal by the same method you can deposit is very dubious and as others have said it comes out your bank in random currencies and with currency charges by your bank and no warning if this at all.

The thing that annoyed me the most though is the 'lotteries' and prizes you win and they crow about but just never ever materialise. I queried it several times with my 'manager' Simon but he emails just totally swerved the point every time. When I'd had enough I said explain where all these prizes are or close my account he didn't reply and just closed my account which was a huge favour but you couldn't make it up. Absolute clown.

If it was UK regulated I'm sure it would be shut down for the sharp practices.

Avoid. If you want decent site that you can still use phcasino was great and I only stopped using that as they stopped accepting visa as payment in. Their withdrawals were almost instant.

It is a scam site, they will let you deposit even if your not ment to IN YOUR COUNTRY, they then take the money and turn it into a currency you have never heard off, your bank charges u for this!!!

Then they demand u send in ID and proof before you can with withdraw, which they will then keep saying isnt clear, isnt that. just delaying u so u carry on giving them your money

They then will not let you draw your money out, claiming its not your money, but potential winnings. oh but they said they could send it to me in BITCOIN!!!

Its a scam = do not give them your money! you would be better off going outside and setting fire to it!!

THEY HAVE NO REGULATION OR RULES, I reported them to the gambling watchdog in the UK and also to my bank = BOTH said they couldnt do anything becasue they operate under different laws and have NO UK License, even there address is fake!!

Please please don’t deposit on this site I have £183 in my balance I I deposited about £400 and they are saying that I have to gamble the £183 5x it isn’t even attached to any bonus funds they are just thief’s

So let me explain the 2 star.

I had the same issues all of you are reporting. Refused payouts and requesting all kind of documents. However today I received my €500 payout I was owed. Not going to lie I have probably put around €1000 into the site so they have still made money on me. Maybe they paid hoping I think they are legit and I will keep using this site (I will not by the way) or possibly hoping for a positive review.

I have no doubt this site is not legitimate. They make it really difficult to contact.

I have rated a 2 star because in the end they have paid out the money I requested.

Hopefully this gives a little hope to people with the same problems I had that you can get some money.

For any players looking to join please look elsewhere. Avoid any non ukgc casino. It really isn't worth it.

AGENT NO PAYER. Tried to beat the gamstop ban by joining this motley crew. Taken photos of every part of my anatomy with my passport to try and get paid out,never worked.
