For the third time in my career I had the pleasure of joining the wonderfully talented Melanie Franklin for another brilliant course – Neuroscience for Change.

This course is based on the work Melanie and Tibisay developed through the PEPE model. It offers a powerful and practical way to understand why people react to change the way they do, and how to design change in a more human-centred way.

Mel’s facilitation is thoughtful and easy to follow, with great stories and real examples that bring the model to life and make the learning easy to absorb. The group were fantastic too – open, generous and willing to share experiences, which made the learning even richer.

This course shifts the focus from the mechanics of change to the humans experiencing it, recognising that change only succeeds when we help people experience it better. There are so many good ideas and thoughtful questions that are already helping me to consider how my approach can shift to give our people better experiences of change.

Thank you to Mel and the team for another exceptional learning experience. It is a necessary conversation to share for anyone who wants to make a positive difference for the humans in change.

Melanie recently delivered the Agile Change Coach course for myself and colleagues and it was brilliant in every aspect. The content and delivery was engaging, fun and practical. Melanie's knowledge and expertise in this area is incredibly impressive, she was able to use real life examples to bring the theory to life! I would strongly recommend this course to anyone involved in behavioural change.

The course was very well structured and exceeded my expectations. It gives a right balance between theory and real life case studies. Melanie is a charismatic and competent teacher, which made the course a great fun.

The Change management foundation & Practitioner course delivered by Melanie was absolutely fantastic. The course covers all the necessary theoretical knowledge which is brought to life by Melanie through many learning exercises to suit every learning style, group discussions and her super interesting pool of stories and examples from her own experience in the field of change management for over 30 years. Melanie is very experienced and very passionate about Change management and as a learner you get completely inspired by her. She also provides so much more resources for learners to dig even deeper into different subjects. I can highly recommend that course to anyone! I am so glad I went on her course!

Melanie did a great job of making the course interesting and relatable, no mean feat when the course attendees came from a very varied range of industries! The pace of the course was really good, with the right level of pre course reading and the odd spot of homework.

Both the book and course materials are very practical and combine Agile and Change Management very logically helping you translate the knowledge to client site

Thoroughly enjoyed the course and came away with a brain buzzing with ideas and a practitioner qualification to boot! Melanie is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also pragmatic, funny and engaging. Her approach meant that I could swap out my learning apprehension and exam fear for a newly invigorated thirst for learning and a passion for excellent change management. I enjoyed this course. It is very thorough, and comprehensive. If you - like me - have Agile PM background - you're likely to find the course quite straightforward.
I would shorten the course though. I felt that sometimes the explanation of an aspect was going on for a bit too long, with multiple examples being given as supporting information. Two or three examples is more than enough, I'd say :)
But all in all, a course worth your time if you deal with Change and agile delivery.

I have recently completed the Agile Change Coach self-paced learning programme with Agile Change Management Limited. The course really fills a gap in the market in bringing together agile delivery methods and neuroscience into a simple, pragmatic framework and set of tools which any of us can apply to business or personal change. Melanie's delivery style is clear and thoughtful - there is something to learn here for everyone - from those of us starting out to seasoned transformation professionals!

Melanie is a very engaging tutor and makes learning both straight forward and fun. This made for a hugely enjoyable course as well as ensuring that we were well equipped to pass the exams.

Mel brings a wealth of experience to bear, supporting the method with real life examples and group exercises. Straightforward and applicable back on the job.

The sessions were interactive, informative, and extremely relatable. I came away with a lot of useful and real-life examples I could apply in my professional and personal life too.

This is my first accredited, tested and virtual course, after my last university study. It was a bit of a challenge for me to absorb so much information, remember and finally practically apply them in scenarios. It was made possible as I was able to read through the book beforehand. The course taught us to apply the methodologies and theories from the book. Melanie is fast pace, very energetic and full of humour :), despite of a virtual class I still enjoyed it. Furthermore, the virtual class made it possible to go on break-out rooms which enabled interactive pair, single and group sessions. You were also given homework to practice exam questions which helped alot. The exams were challenging, but also achievable. I definitely recommend this course and Melanie as an instructor.

Melanie was a great trainer. She brought the topics to life with real life experiences and was happy to go over things if needed. She is very approachable and more than willing to help.
I was very apprehensive going into the course as I have not been on a training course, or taken and exam for a very long time, but Melanie talked through the exam process, and reassured everyone, and I'm happy to say I passed the exam!
