THE FITNESS GROUP Avaliações

Very poor resources

I have recently completed my Level 3 with OriGym and the resources there compared to the Fitness Group are night and day better. When I enrolled in my level 2 Spin instructor course I was sent all these attachments that made no sense and were very basic to say the least. Would have been as well writing it up on the back of a fag packet. I explained it wasn’t very good and that it wasn’t for me and got told no cancellation and no refund which wasn’t advertised. The video of how to fill in the paperwork is recorded off a zoom call will people butting in and just very cheap. Just stay away from this company. Very poor.

I was helped and guided by Harry, he was extremely helpful.

I’ve had a very positive experience completing my mat Pilates training with the fitness group.

My tutor Allie has always been so helpful and supportive and I am very grateful for her guidance throughout the course.

Really great atmosphere and a clean gym will be returning, Bruno was a great help gave great advice and made me feel welcome

Want to say thanks to Warren for making the sign up a quick and easy process so I could start my course straight away!

Warren was very patient and a big help in giving me the most affordable option for me to be able to hop on the mat and reformer Pilates course.

Wanted to give a five star review for Claire, Jessy and Richie (I think that was his name on the support line). Claire was the assessor for my Level 2 practical and was welcoming and provided excellent feedback that was detailed and supportive to my future development. The day was well organised and relaxed. Jessy and Richie who I have spoke to on the support line are very good and try to help you as best as they can. They each deserve this 5 star review!

You couldn't be in better hands than Bruno's."

The worst education provider in the UK. Customer service is zero non existent. Its impossible to cancel your course, its impossible to get any proper support. They keep changing my account for zero service. I spoken to Citizen advisor and send all relevant letters to Fitness group team, to their third party loan company Zopa, but my battle was unsuccessful. I’m paying their salary without even getting any education or support. I stopped the course a long time ago, but the payment continues. Unbelievable, horrible experience. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Rosie has been very informative and supportive. She made the process very smooth. Great customer support and service.

Wonderful experience. Rosie was very professional, thorough with the information and was always available if I had any quries. She always went the extra mile to make my experience as smooth and accommodating as possible. I am happy with my decision and looking forward to starting the course.

My experience is so far excellent, especially many thanks to my tutor Nick Smith. His really responsive and follows up as a matter is communicated to him ,
I appreciate the Learner’s support team , on the quick response to emails and addressing any issues.

I have completed my level 2 Group Cycle, and Level 2 gym instructor training with the fitness group. The service has been great both Beth and Daniel were great tutors!

The course was led by Dan. He is as a super instructor and made the course interesting to attend. His methods of teaching were easy to follow and I gained a lot of information and confidence to be able to coach from him. Thank you.

danny made the spin session very enjoyable and helped me push myself a lot more than i thought i could.

Danny was really helpful and engaging throughout the day. I really enjoyed the course and look forward to teaching spin in the future. Thanks Danny for your help.

Alasdair was very friendly, good craic and explained things perfectly!

Gary was very helpful throughout my completion of the course. I found his marking fair and actionable, giving me clear reasons why I was successful with my work. I’m very grateful for his time

I had Bruno as my tutor, he was great and very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and shows you how to do everything and helps you fully understand it before continuing on to other things. Would definitely recommend
