The best measure of a good company is how they correct an error.
Interestingly things went wrong. The goods shipped were not the goods ordered. But a phone call to their customer care centre had it resolved in seconds with brilliant humour and good cheer and the replacement goods arrived at the crack of dawn next day. Things will always go wrong but the quality of the supplier is determined by how well they put things right and this was the best ever!
