Worked fine
Paid extra for next day delivery of heavy items in order to catch the weather window - the stuff turned up on time the following morning and I was able to do it all in a day. My second order and no doubt there will be more.

Very professional company but came as a bit of a shock when I had to pay VAT on top, however this will not stop me trading with them.

There is a sliding button at the top of our web page for customers to select if they want to see prices listed with or without VAT,
At checkout stage the costs are then broken down into Subtotal, Delivery, VAT and Total.

Product not working as details state
I bought Nutrigrow feed, moss & weedkiller a few weeks ago and applied strictly to the instructions. It has killed some moss & dandelions but not touched the prolific clover or the plantain we have. Reached out to the company for some advice and basically fobbed off with further actions to be carried out which were not detailed on their production information and if had been I wouldn't have bought the weed killer.

When ordering via our website, there are full 'How to' guides available that cover almost every aspect of lawn care, these may come in handy for research on any future problem or query that you have with your lawn.
Alternatively, you can contact our technical advisors prior to ordering to check what product / treatment plan is best for you.

The delivery company did not follow instructions.
The delivery company did not leave it in the rain sheltered area as instructed. I had to wheel it round to the right place the following day, as I was away overnight.

All of our items are sent on a signature service as per our Delivery Terms & Conditions.
The courier would not leave items unattended unless pre-authorised via the 'not going to be in?' link they text and email to you beforehand.
