I ordered fish blood and bones in second week of June with the hope of delivering within a week but they informed that delivery after end June. They again informed me that it be delivered after end of the July.

It’s my first time ever I use them it’s not good service. I will never buy anything from this website.

I ordered Rosate and received Gallop weed killer instead. Agrigem insisted the two were the same so I gave Gallop a go. Gallop seemed more watery & the effects after spraying were extremely poor. I was happy with Rosate & should have either received this product or given a refund, however Agrigem state that a replacement would be sent if the ordered product was not available. I could not find anywhere that states this & if it did, it’s not obvious. Misleading & unhelpful team at Agrigem got me nowhere.

I recently visited Agrigem (17 May 25) for advice on how to treat 2 acres of paddock that has a PH of 8. The advice given was to buy 4 bags of Triple 16 nutrient and 600kg of granulated lime.
A couple of days later I called to enquire about greass seed and that's when I was told by another member of Agrigem that I was mis-sold the lime and that this would only make the PH level even worse. This advice could have made it an expensive recovery process!!

Thankfully the delivery which was scheduled for the following morning was cancelled. During this process I did ask if it could be confirmed that the cancellation was successful as I needed to cancel access arrangements. I was promised a call, but no call received and I had to chase this up with Agrigem.

The same day I asked for a full refund as I wanted to decide what to do next. I was told a refund would soon be given once they confirmed that the order was back in stock, this was confirmed shortly after. However several days have passed I've still not heard a thing back from Agrigem on the refund even having made several calls and being promised calls back to let me know what is happening.
Because of this poor customer service I have given this poor rating and I notice from previous customer comments that poor communications is a common theme!!

In Agrigem's defence there has been a weekend and a bank holiday. However this is not excusable in today's technical capacity when it takes minutes for bank transfers and communications.

Agrigem do provide good quality products and have good availability, however some element of customer service is sadly lacking.

In conclusion: wrong advice given, lack of communications and no return of my money £349.20 13 days after payment and order cancellation.............................

Rubbish delivery. I had 20 emails about the delivery which us completely unnecessary and then the driver refused to leave it until we met him at the door to physically take it in which we dont do with any other delivery

Never arrived, despite waiting in twice for the chemical to arrive they failed to deliver, if you can’t collect then I wouldn’t take the time to order..

Purchased Agrigems Weed Stick. Tried it in the garden and it picks up the soil onto the foam dispenser, which then stops the chemical getting onto the weeds. Despite several phone calls explaining this that it not fit for purpose, I have received negative response from Agrigem.

Prompt delivery. Nettles are already suffering!

Very helpful Customer service department when I had a query regarding the delivery. Not only did they answer the query but also followed up afterwards to check everything was correct. Products are good quality and fairly priced.

Been on the field for a while now and still not dissolved into the ground why?
