Unfortunately, my dog bit through the rear passenger and driver side seat belts. After trying a couple of websites to obtain second hand parts, Dan contacted me to say they would be able to replace the belts, instead of having to purchasing the whole part. Got the removed. Sent them on Monday and got them back on Friday. Now back in the vehicle and all is good. Great service and I would highly recommend.

With deployed airbags, seatbelt pretensioners and crash data in the modules needing resetting my car was effectively sunk! Airbag Team quoted me a fixed price to replace the dashboard, steering wheel & repair the seatbelts and all of the ancillary bits for the price of a major service in my Mercedes, so all I can say is I am delighted!
The waiting area is nicely fitted out although I don't recall a coffee machine which would have been a nice touch.
If I was forced to look for negatives in the service I would not be able to find any because I never judge people so I would not dream of mentioning that 'Dishevelled' Dan wasn't the most attractive service agent in the world but I am guessing his partner might have recently left and so he goes out of the house looking anyhow ;)

Airbag Team have a good variety of colours and options to chose from when customising your vehicle’s seatbelts. This has made it very easy to choose exactly what I wished for. The payment and shipping was also simple to do. The final product was delivered with adequate packaging and they ensured it got to me without any scratches. The new seatbelts are definitely worth the money and time! Overall, very happy with the outcome!

Thank you to the Airbag Team. Had a frayed seatbelt so removed my belt Monday, they receive Tuesday complete the repair like new and return on Thursday and so the car was hardly off road. Can’t thank you guys enough for a brilliant job and great service. Great value too!

Did a great job. The colour is excellent and the webbing is good quality. The belts and assemblies were returned safe and sound within 3 days of arrival with them.

Great service, Fast turn around on my seat belt webbing. I tracked its delivery. The team received my seat belt Tuesday Morning, had it back out to me next day delivery by the afternoon. Perfect

Repaired my 2 front seatbelts was done within a week can't complain and still work a month in and will definetly use again

I personally sent the Airbag ECU to the right address but wrong post code. The package was lost with Royal Mail for a few days, and the Air Bag team kept me up to speed after every morning delivery to advise if it was delivered or not. Once recieved the work was undertaken the same day and posted back to me recorded delivery. All in all a great service.

Very efficient service. I had a bit of a wait as i'd been majorly delayed due to a serious motorway acident but they managed to fit me in thankfully. Great job replacing my seat belt cloth after my puppy had chewed them. Friendly team.
