This was my first time using the airbag team & my point of contact, Adam, was an absolute legend from initial contact to receiving my parcel. He was quick to help with advice, prices & was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had. The turn around from sending the kit to be repaired/reset was really fast & issue free. Amazing service that I’d highly recommend.

I was a bit unsure which parts to send, but in my case I stripped the belt down without the pretensioner and shipped it off.

Received a message with photos and a call from Dan, who was incredibly helpful and turned the order round in just a few days.

Belt was received back in plenty of time and packed really well.

Made an appointment with ease after speaking to them on the phone. They were more than helpful and explained the whole process. When I had to reschedule it wasn't a problem and when the seatbelt was changed, they were fast and efficient. It saved me a load of money using them. I'll be using again if I need another belt sorting.

My Black Lab destroyed the 3rd row seatbelts on my Disco sports car - Ludicrous quote from Landrover. Airbag quote a 3rd of the cost; quick turn round; MOT passed within the 10day grace period!

I had a torn seat belt in my car and they repaired it

I ordered the service I needed off the website printed off what I needed and sent the seat belt off to them

I got little confused on which service to click to make sure it was the right one I needed so gave them a phone call, it was sorted within a few minutes who ever is on the end of the
Phone was very polite, very helpful and they just make the experience hassle free and easy

Before I knew it the seat belt was back and that was 1 to ship to them 2 to fix it 3 to send it was back in less than a week think it was 2-3 days and my car was back on the road

The seatbelt looks, feels and smells brand new, works like its brand new, it all cost a lot cheaper than buying new that for sure

Without a doubt all the time the air bag team is around and I have any issues that they have a service for I’m sending to them

Quick, efficient service, item was well packaged and arrived safe and sound.

Had a problem with a 2014 VW Polo drivers side seatbelt jamming when the interior was hot. New seatbelt not available in the UK so started looking for used option. Came across this company online and ended up taking the car in. Fixed in half an hour for a fraction of the price I'd been quoted elsewhere. Works well in the current hot weather as well. Great service from Sam who explained this was a common problem so they are used to sorting.

Excellent job done replacing the strap in my seat belt ( as due for MOT and would be a failure).

Absolutely fantastic service from Airbag Team. Communication was spot on from start to finish , they kept me updated every step of the way, from drop-off instructions to when the items were being returned, all fully tracked and recorded. The seatbelts are superb the turnaround was quick, the colour match is perfect, and the quality of the materials is excellent. I'm so impressed I'm sending another set in this month to complete the full car. Highly recommended.
