Airport Parking Luton  Avaliações

Everything went on smoothly.
I really recommend them!

Smooth parking professional staff thank you

I spoke to a very helpful chap called Imran in customer services today. There was a small mix-up with my booking through a third party, which Imran was able to help resolve.

He was genuinely determined to get to the bottom of the query and see it through to resolution, which is a rare quality these days.

A real credit to the team.

Fast, efficient and good value

For a convenient option at London-Luton Airport, consider using this parking service. They offer frequent shuttle services from the parking areas to the airport, arriving within 10-15 minutes. Reasonable charges.

On return i was greeted with aggressive behaviour from the staff , I sent in a complaint and haven't received a reply as of yet .

When we booked, it said we would be helped to load our luggage onto the bus both going and coming back, neither driver helped, my wife has arthritis of the spine and I suffer with back problems also. This was very inconvenient and shouldn't be in the description if it isn't offered. My wife did put in a complaint as requested but haven't heard anything back.

Great airport car park with a smooth and hassle-free transfer to terminal. The shuttle was quick, convenient and well organised, making the whole exper easy from start to finish. Would definitely use it again

Very easy to get there, I found the car just as I left it, no scratches, dents, very friendly staff, maybe they should have arranged more trips to the airport, but otherwise, I'm satisfied considering that this is the second time I've left my car there.

easy to use, no one was at the desk when i got back though even though I had called so had to wait but not too long

I have used Luton airport many times and usually can never fault it but last time there was quite a long wait for a bus when coming back, which was a bit frustrating.
But I have used many times and there has only been this one time where there was an issue, so overall I am happy with the service and would continue to use them.

Was waiting like 25 mins for bus going to airport.

Great service! Definitely recommend. Imran at customer service helped resolve my problem and I will definitely book through them again.

Great location, very close to terminal, quick bus transfer.
100% recommended
