Airport Parking Luton  Avaliações

Great service, regular bus service - faultless

I have used this car park for the last 3 years and have always had great service and left good reviews, however this time I had issues with the parking times and had to pay an extra £30.
I know when booking that I put in 2.15 am to drop the car and 2.15 am for arrival but for some reason my times had changed to pm!
Not sure if there's an issue with their system as seems a few other people have experienced the same thing

You get a friendly welcome on arrival with clear instructions on where to go . I've used this site 3 times now and never had to wait more than 5 mins. For a bus to the airport which is only a few minutes away. On collection last time the bus was full but only about a 10 mins. wait for the next bus. Only criticism is the parking is a bit tight but no real bother you might have to unload your luggage before backing in to a gap. There is a premier parking facility on the same site but I can't see the advantages in paying extra.

Were met by name as we arrived and only had to wait aa very short time at the allocated bus stop when we returned. No problems at all - well done

Friendly staff, easy to find with directions and drop off and pickup went without issue, will definitely be using every time we fly from Luton

Parking was ok a space was easy found however when booking we were informed the driver would load our luggage onto minibus to airport but instead was walking around the car park smoking and on his phone and were told we had to load luggage ourselves! We were also told the same on pick up from airport that due to health and safety the driver wasn't allowed to load the luggage eventhough it stated when booking driver would do this! Other than that it was ok!

It was a difficult to find the car park but used the number listed & was answered very quickly (4.30am). The man gave us the directions & we found the car park.
Directions to park were clear & advice about the transfer. Car was as we lefted it on our return

Easy to find. Quick walk to the terminal.

Shit shit shit
The direction given by the email took you to the wrong place not tyje exact car park and on the end I had to pay extra £220
Do not recommend it

The entire process was remarkably smooth and very convenient, which greatly contributed to a stress-free journey. The transfer itself was impressively quick, reflecting a high level of efficiency that did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, I would like to commend your staff, who were consistently polite and courteous throughout the experience. Their professionalism and attentiveness significantly enhanced the overall quality of service.

Given this positive experience, I will definitely make use of your transfer services again in the future. It is reassuring to know that such a reliable and customer-oriented service exists.

So close to the airport and very helpful staff at gate and bus drivers. Regular bus service, no long waits.

Very easy to get to the car park and a fast journey on the bus to the airport.
