Would give 0 if had an option terrible customer service journey to airport the man seemed drunk/high on drugs our flight 5.55 Sunday morning on return we was waiting for collection for over a hour before I decided to walk there with 2 children with no support the staff/receptionist at all! Dirty mini bus and the site is pub large car park not secure and uneven surfaces etc

I dropped my vehicle off at Airport Tavern Bristol with no issues or marks upon arrival, only to find it had a large dent in the passenger door drivers side when I picked it up. I immediately called the company to report the damage, but their response was appalling. They were completely unhelpful, refused to take responsibility, and showed no willingness to assist in resolving the situation.
This is not the kind of service you expect from a business that is entrusted with the care of your vehicle. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative parking options if you value your vehicle's condition and customer service.

Ground was muddy and full of pot holes whilst waiting for the minibus. Waited a good half hour for them to pick us up from airport. The minibus was absolutely filthy including the seats god help if anyone has white trousers on, our suitcase covers were stinking. On collecting our car the inside mat and side of bottom of doors were covered in dry mud i will never use this company again also why was my dashcam disconnected on the way to the airport I had to sit on my husbands lap and 4 other passengers were standing i think this is against the law but driver didn't care

On collecting my car this afternoon, it has numerous scratches on the front passenger door. Clearly new scratches, that were definitely not there before I left my car with this company. On reporting it to the manager before I left, which is what is stated to do in their policy. He argued that they are not responsible to damage to my vehicle as it’s the same as your car being damaged in an Asda car park. So basically saying that I left my car at its own risk of being damaged and paid for the privilege of it being scratched. Arrogant, rude and disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want your car returned to you the way you left it!

Avoid using this service. Car park is a muddy stone area full of pot-holes. My car was retuned filthy and the driver left muddy footprints all over my door where he used his foot to open the drivers door.
Stones make it difficult to wheel the suitcases or a wheelchair, and the mud made the wheels on our suitcases filthy. We had to clean the wheels before taking the cases into the house.
Van driver was rude and arrogant. He refused to help less able people with their cases. Just stood there and watched. Lady behind the desk was miserable. This was 4pm on a Saturday afternoon.
Read the negative reviews from others and avoid. I wish I had read the negative reviews before booking. Learnt my lesson and will never use this car park again.

Avoid these people; their customer service is terrible and they hide behind disclaimer notices to avoid taking any responsibility for damage to vehicles left in their care.

My personal recent experience was that my vehicle was returned with a puncture and damage to the tyre. They disclaimed all liability and tried to hide behind a disclaimer notice that I had signed.

FYI - A disclaimer does not automatically remove your liability under consumer law, especially if you were negligent in your duty of care. Under the Consumer RIghts Act 2015, a business cannot contract out of liability for failing to provide a service with reasonable care and skill. Even though I signed a disclaimer, the law would consider whether or not it is "fair and reasonable". Blanket disclaimers do not work when negligence is involved.

It took me a few emails to get a response out of them and when I spoke - they argued that the puncture and damage could have occured prior to them looking after my car! Unlikely, as I would have been aware of any prior incident that caused such damage to my tyre, and the alloys!

They could have sorted this out for me by paying for the cost of the tyre puncture repair, which is what I requested. Quite frankly it beggars belief that a business of their size could not find it in themselves to resolve this matter and prevent reviews like this.

I will now contact Trading Standards and see what they have to say!

The lady in the cabin was unclear and rude, she slammed the phone down on me when I rang to complain.the driver made a joke about my back injury and slammed my bag in the back of the car

After reading bad reviews I thought I’d share mine .. I’ve just arrived at Bristol Airport having dropped my car at the airport Tavern I was met by a lovely lady who showed me to my car parking space. I then booked my keys in at the office and was met by another lady that was really friendly and I hopped on the mini bus and I’ve been dropped to the airport no problems at all and super friendly.

I've read some other (negative) reviews and thought I'd share an excellent recent experience.

We flew into BRS yesterday, called the office; there was a bus waiting which we boarded and got taken back straightaway. The car was easy to find and we got home in record time.

Maybe it is harder to get collected if it is a busy period, but I've waited over five minutes in the cold outside the 'meet and greet' hut at the airport and paid considerably more to get wet.

Absolutely disgraceful shuttle mini bus driver!!
I was at Bristol Airport today 11th November where I witnessed an Airport Tavern mini bus drive straight at a pedestrian simply waiting for his lift at the drop & go area of Bristol Airport.
This chap was looking out for lift & was shouted at, by the mini bus driver very abruptly to "GET OVER THE BARRIER!!" whilst driving right at him.
The pedestrian told him, in no uncertain terms where to go, and rightly so although the language used was not the best choice. However, there was a full empty pick up lane, a car park warden stood right next to this chap & had no issues of where he was stood etc etc...basically the driver must of been having a bad day, decided to try and bully a pedestrian & looks like he picked the wrong bloke to pick on.
A totally unprofessional attitude, drives a vehicle advertising his employees business & gives them a very poor reputation by his actions.

My car was immaculate when I left it. Came back to a car full of mud...carpet and interior covered in mud. Complete disrespect.

Wish I could give minus. We just come of holiday with 6 week old twins it was cold out waiting and waited 40 minute then wasn’t enough room for us all so walked to get car. I will never use this shambles of a crap company again AVOID

We landed yesterday at Bristol airport. Rang the parking as requested who told us we missed the mini bus but would be with us shortly. After a few fustrating phone calls one turned up about 30 minutes later but then there was no room for us and others so was abruptly told to remove our cases that we had put on the mini bus. Long story short , it took nearly an hour and 4 phone calls for us to get back to the car park. (In the mean time i counted that the neibouring carpark OAKWOOD PARKING had sent thier LARGE bus back 5 times in time that we were waiting. When we finally collected our keys we then had to request that multiplecars be moved as our car was sandwiched in. We had another 20 minute wait whilst they tried to find other car owners keys to move them. We asked to speak to a manager but it seems no one is in charge. How can you run a company if no one is managing or taking any reponsibilities for mistakes made. DO NOT USE THIS PARKING FACILITY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THE CUSTOMER OR YOUR VEHICLE.

Racist !!! They let Bristish people get on first and dont let Asian get on even we was on the queue before. 3 small kis had to waited on the rain!!! Disgusting!!!

Great value and nice friendly staff

I have now used this car park over 6 times

No issues ever faced and a 5 min drive to the drop off location.

Never again, we landed at Bristol and it was pouring with rain, about twenty of us were waiting for the bus, only to find they sent one bus, When I asked the driver why one bus he just gave me a mouthful of sarcasm, They left us standing in pouring rain for another 20 minutes, the same driver came back and told me the traffic was really bad and i should go and look, I am not a violent person, but this guy came very close to getting punched, and the phone number they gave us just didn’t work because they wouldn’t answer

First mistake I made was using this dump to park my car , second mistake was not taking the mileage , meant too but forgot , the car had definitely been driven as the mud was up both sides of the car and inside passenger side was also muddy as was the driver side , and I didn’t notice till on the way home that my front and rear cameras had been disconnected ,

DO NOT USE. Used BVP meet and greet who are run by Bristol Tavern. Car has clearly been driven with over 1/3 tank of diesel gone and returned on 0 miles. Empty food and drink wrappers inside.

Terrible experience We came back early cold morning and tried so many times on the phone and no one answered it’s answering machine and can’t take anymore calls so we have to wait the mini bus turned up half an hour later the on company have already 2 trips before them, I pick up the keys but my car was blocked and no one can help me because she’s said she’s on her own and the 2 drivers so I waited again for at least 30 again for the driver to come back and guess what He can’t help me as well as He is busy loading the luggage of the other customer leaving… then someone turned from sleep came and unblocked my car and finally I got in to my car and my front tyre is punctured Happy Days… they need to employ more staff and staff training to deal with their customer and don’t over book if you can’t cope… I’ll never use this company again…
