Be prepared for numerous changes when your car is returned

Drop off at the airport wasn’t too bad, we were met on arrival and the handover was quite easy.
On returning though, the experience was very poor. As instructed, we phoned once we’d collected our baggage and were told that the car would be there in 15 mins. In reality, it took more than 30 mins for the car to turn up - not something you particularly want after a day’s travelling. Once in the car, I realised that the driver seat had been completely re-adjusted - height, back support, recline, travel - the car is stored approximately 1.5 miles away, did it need such a comprehensive re-adjustment?

I also discovered that the dashcam had been disconnected - do they have something to hide?

A better example of good customer service would have been to return the car in the same state as it was handed over, with driver seat & dashcam returned to their original states.

The drop off the poor communication

The drop off the calls went to either vm or just rang which was a concern. They advise you to have £7 cash in the car to allow the driver to exit but we were asked to pay £8.50 on card. We waiting over 30 mins for the return of our car. They did not keep us informed of the delay and kept advising 5 mins. Driver arrived and informed us The Boss had promised a time that was not achievable. Won’t be using them again. NB- Bristol airport

Car came back to me damaged, then employee tried to fight

Car came back to me damaged. They’d broken key, wing mirrors and taken parts off my car

When I asked the driver, he became confrontational in public, getting in my face, swearing and raising his voice in the drop off point.

Rang the number - he blocked my mobile. Rang off girlfriends phone, on realising it was me, he blocked her phone too

Rang the next day off another number to ask for an email address. Got called a Karen and shouted at and hung up on again.

I’ve got it all recorded and documented. Do not use this company.

Great service

Great service!
Just returned from holiday today and the car took less than 10 mins to arrive after calling to inform that I was nearly at the drop off point.
Took a few times to get through on the number upon dropping off but I know lots or cars were being booked in at the same time.
Excellent price for a great service! Will use again

Arrogance and Thievery

When we were 10 minutes from the airport we rang the number on the confirmation email and were abruptly told "you shouldnt of rang this number, i'm the boss, this call should of gone to someone else"

So the boss turned up to get our car, i gave him £20 and he said he'd leave the £13 change in the car - great.

We got back at about 0130 a week later and somebody else turned up with the car (much too late for "the boss") no change in sight and no answers to calls, messages or emails about it. i realise £13 isn't a great deal of money but if i had the same transaction in a shop and they didn't give me my change and refused to speak i'm fairly sure that is theft?

Shocking company, do not use.

Forge Meet & Greet - Fab Parking for Bristol Airport

We booked Forge Meet & Greet through APH (Airport Parking & Hotels) after we booked a last-minute holiday to Gozo for my birthday. The price was extremely competitive and the whole experience from booking the parking to returning from our holiday and driving home was faultless.
Forge were waiting for us when we arrived at the Meet & Greet area to drop our car off. And when we got back on a dark and very wet evening there was no hanging around either. We phoned them from the Baggage Hall and again they were waiting for us.
Efficient, stress-free and good value for money.
We will definitely use APH next time we need airport parking and Forge is already bookmarked for next time we fly from Bristol Airport.

Stressful start to the holiday DO NOT RELY ON TRANSFER SERVICE

Step 1 booking - Cannot fault this, had to change the car reg at the last minute and had no problem at all.
Step 2 Arrival - Friendly, very helpful and no problems at all. We asked if we could get access to our car, to put our overnight bags in, the next morning and were told this wasn't a problem. We were offered 2 pickup times to take us to the airport, we booked the 8.00am one.

Accommodation was basic but had everything you needed and was clean.

Step 3 Next Morning - Went to the office at 7.50 no one there! rang the number provided - no answer, tried 2 different numbers, still no answer BUT could see the mobile phone on the office desk was ringing. Went to the transfer office next door who knew nothing about our transfer and no-one esle would be in until later, We eventually found a young lady who was doing the cleaning to see if she could help. She was extremely helpful, THANKS, and phoned someone who told her to go into the office (which btw was unlocked) and get our keys so we could store out overnight bags but was unable to help with the transfer problem and suggested we try the hotel across the road to see if they could help. The accommodation is right by a bus stop so we thought we'd get a bus. The bus driver was really nice and said yes he was going to the airport but it would cost us around £9pound each and we ought to try walking as it is only about 5/6 minutes. It wasn't raining so that's what we did and in fairness it is quite an easy walk but not when you are now running at least 20 mins late, don't know where you are going and had thought you had booked an airport transfer the night before!

Step 4 Didn't even bother trying to get a transfer back. Car picked up OK.

Sunny paddock meet and greet avoid at…

Sunny paddock meet and greet avoid at all cost! I was issued with a speeding fine and have tried to be in touch with the company and been ignored. They left my car then early and had to pay £20 to get my car out the key had been left on the tire as the car had been dropped much earlier than booked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It's a negative review im afraid

It is with regret that I write a negative review having had a good experience when handing the car over to an agent of forge parking. We picked it as its the nearest off site parking to the airport, however when returning i gave my name car number plate make model and colour of the carfor the car we ended up calling for a second time after 20 minute wait for the car. Having been told the driver was on their way I waited another 15 minutes when I received a call asking if my car was silver and told they couldn't find it. 50 minutes later from original call our car arrived. Clearly in time for the next collection across the other side of the road. This did not feel like the 'nearest' parking, I was more annoyed had they said they couldn't send the car for almost an hour I would have got a taxi or walked to retrieve it. Sorry but it's a no from me next time we're looking for parking. I messaged forge and told them what had happened they weren't interested 'apology for the delay'!

An awful experience

An awful experience. Forge Meet and Greet were 1 hour late meeting us to return our car. We followed their contact instructions, left many answerphone messages but received no answer or call back. In the end contact was made by finding the number online of the Forge hotel. A staff member helped contact them and they eventually arrived. I would not use them again or recommend others use them.

Advise not using. Aggressive, rude, unreliable, unprofessional and inefficient.

Worst customer experience ever with airport parking.
Drop off involved several confused phone calls with conflicting information and a wait of 15 minutes at Bristol Airport.
Pick up was worse. We phoned as requested. No answer, left a voicemail. Received a call back saying car was on its way. After 15 minutes we rang the same APH number again. We were told we hadn't rung and would have to bear with them. When we pointed out we'd rung all the numbers we'd been given, we were told not to shout and argue! The male on the phone was rude and aggressive and out the phone down.
When the car arrived after 21 minutes, we could smell burning oil. The drop off driver was very rude and very scruffy.
An awful experience never to be repeated.

I was disappointed with the service at…

I was disappointed with the service at Bristol. I called them as per the booking request when I was 30 minutes away. I informed them that I was 30 minutes away. I was told to call again when 5 minutes away this i did. The person who took my call was rude and said the pick up guy had been waiting for 10 minutes. I reminded him that I called earlier with my arrival time.
On my return I called them to confirm flight landed and was just collecting my luggage. I was told to call back when in the car park. I called as requested when at car park at 20:10. I was told that they were very busy and would be with me at the earliest in 20 minutes. The car did arrive at 20:30. However i don't consider a 20 minute wait a meet and greet service. I could have got a bus at 20:10 to the normal car parks.
I wont be using them.again

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I used this parking service after returning from Morocco and regretted it immediately. Though the booking price seemed reasonable, I was charged an extra £7 twice when exiting. Despite calling for pickup as soon as we landed, I waited 45 minutes. The driver finally arrived but didn't greet us, shouted at me, and used offensive language—including in front of my two daughters.

On entering the car, I found a used coffee cup on the seat, and noticed that all car settings were changed—including seats, radio, and temperature—which made me suspect the vehicle was driven without permission. I couldn’t check mileage at the time.

This was highly distressing and utterly unprofessional. I will never use this company again and now use Silver Zone Parking at Bristol Airport, which I’ve found reliable.

I would just like to say thank you

I would just like to say thank you. From the moment we stepped off the plan, the meet and greet person who was very respectful, professional and friendly, made everything effortless. My greeter was waiting right outside with a warm smile and professional attitude. Everything felt calm and organised which after a long flight, was very much appreciated. I will definitely 💯 recommend the forge meet and greet service and will use them again.

Avoid at all costs - or gamble even getting on your flight

TL;DR - They took my prepaid booking, didn't answer on the day, didn't turn up at the airport, AND THEN ignored all contact.

I booked and prepaid for a meet and greet parking service with Forge meet and greet at Bristol airport. I followed their instructions to call 30 minutes before arrival, no answer.
I kept calling 19 times over the course of an hour and they simply never answered and never turned up.

I was lucky to find another last minute provide on-site who took my car and this cost me an extra £80 on top of what had already paid Forge meet and greet. So, I'm now out over £130 not including the stress of panic at the airport before flying and assuming I was going to miss my flight.

The worst part? They called 2 hours later after they were meant to meet me and then when I explained calmly what had happened, they claimed a bad signal and hung up. I haven't heard from them since; despite trying to contact them via phone, e-mail and text requesting at the minimum I get my money back.

BEFORE YOU BOOK - THINK! Is it worth a gamble of your holiday? My review doesn't seem to be a one off either - look at the pattern of their reviews – the good reviews are simply giving 5 stars, just happy they even turned up and returned the car in one piece?? As if that's above and beyond! That's the bare minimum.
If a business shows up half the time and ignores the other half of customer bookings - THAT’S NOT CHEAP AND CHEERFUL ITS GAMBLING YOUR HOLIDAY.
It’s outrageous they are still taking bookings - if you really value honesty, your time or your money avoid this company completely!

Not a professional feeling experience

We used Forge as we could pay for it with Tesco Clubcard vouchers. Arriving near Bristol Airport and calling ahead, the company at first indicated it couldn't find the booking but, through a broken line (in all calls with them) said it was ok. We were half an our early and they wouldn't meet until our agreed time, but finding a layby to 'just park up' in on the busy road to the airport is easier said than done. The driver met us promptly at the airport and that part went well. Why we have to leave £7 cash in the car to exit the drop off area rather than just paying that as part of our fee is beyond me - feels dodgy tbh. On our return to the UK at midnight, the driver referred to me as 'mate' several times and didn't bring our car to the new Meet and Greet area of the new multi-storey, but instead left it in a spot reserved for a particular taxi company, which had one of their drivers threatening us with a fine for parking there. We tried to explain it wasn't us who parked it there but he just shrugged and walked off. Welcome back to Britain.

Excellent experience. Exactly as i'd expect of the service.

I was really nervous about keeping this booking after reading the most recent reviews but everything went very smoothly. We flew out of Bristol and dropped the car off mid morning and collected mid afternoon. A week before the booking, i had to change the car registration which was arranged with ease over the phone. The Driver did keep us waiting for 5-10 minutes when we dropped the car off but we'd left lots of time so it wasn't a problem. The driver was very friendly, professional and polite. On our return we called, as per the instructions as soon as we landed and were then asked to call again once we had our bags. It was confirmed that the driver would be 10mins and he was on time. The car was left in the same condition as we left it with minimal extra miles on the clock. yes the drivers seat had been moved, but i'd expect that. We also realised we'd left my sons old ipad in the back seat pocket, but this was still there when we returned. All in all, it was exactly as we would expect and i won't hesitate to book again.
