I purchased an Airwatch pro as a gift for my husband. He is absolutely delighted with the watch. He particularly likes the sleek design functionality and clarity of the screen and he would highly recommend this watch. Airwatch are an amazing company and go above and beyond with any queries or questions that you may have. Excellent efficient service.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Awful! They are not in France they are in China and when you receive your poor quality products that DO NOT work properly they say you need to return and pay for shipping which when I checked this afternoon from the UK is over £25.

I purchased this watch as a Valentines Day gift for my husband, from the moment he opened it, he has really enjoyed using it.
The watch is easy to use, has a good alarm and the Step Counter is accurate. The supporting App allows him to add different watch faces too which is an added bonus.
All in all, it's been a good choice and my husband is considering getting the metal strap to use on evenings out. 😊

I ordered a smart watch which arrived on time and the watch was exactly of great quality and what I expected. However the one I received had a fault measuring heart rate and they offered me a replacement without any extra costs. They were quick to respond via emails. If you want the best reasonable priced smart watch pliz get it from Airwatch Store. I highly recommend.

Ordered 2 different colour of smart watch but was sent 2 of the same colour. Customer service response was quick and they have kindly confirm to resend me another colour free of charge.

They say they're in France but they’re actually in China, and when they send the useless product they won’t replace it unless you leave them a positive review on Trustpilot. It tells the time, but that’s all it’s good for - the rest of the data has to be input manually or isn’t accurate. Total waste of money. Terrible product & disgraceful company. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could leave a review without any.

We had an issue with our headphones, which we have had since September 2023. When we contacted Airwatch, they were very responsive (about 24 hours), engaged, reasonable, helpful and positive. A replacement pair is on the way. Thank you!

SCAMMERS. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I got headphones and they don't fit to the ear very well. They came damaged. What you see pictured isn't what they're selling. They're cheap imitations. Their rules state to take pictures and a screenshot of the order which I did. They then asked for a video? Thats not in their contract of sale. They said to send back for exchange. I don't want an exchange I want a refund. I spent my birthday money on this to have headphones before a big op. No response. Now I'm trying to get the money back via my bank. They aren't good at communicating and I wish I'd read the negative reviews before buying. I think I'm going to have to seek legal action if my money isn't refunded. I'd give the company minus 5 stars if I could.
