i have purchased tiles and all bathroom furniture from , this company is not good , do not buy anything from here , they use third party company for delivery service , you will not get items on time , nightmare , my work was on hold for 8 days in winter weather .

i request every one do not go in any almurad stote in uk , do not buy

The worst countertop company in the world

I selected a granite slab from images they sent me and paid my deposit.
After paying the deposit i was informed that they'd sent me images of slabs that no longer exist and i would need to pick something else.

I selected a different slab that i didnt like as much as that was all they had to offer. When they came to install, the slab broke apart, smashing my new door frame and putting a whole through my floor.

They then offered me a 3rd slab that i didnt like. I had multiple conversations with a guy called Moosa, who shouted, talked over me and didnt listen to what i was saying.
Just insisted that i had to take what they offered.

They've now said that they won't offer any compensation, despite smashing up my house, causing significant delay leaving me without a kitchen and having to deal with their unprofessional customer service.

If i hadn't already paid in full ahead of the install, i would go elsewhere. Instead i'm stuck with either slabs i don't like or nothing.

I'm soooooooo disappointed with these clowns.

Wow went to visit the store in Doncaster today needing some advice for suitable wallpaper for my kitchen…what a rude ignorant man I was dealing with then when I asked for a cut off sample “using my manors”again rude & ignorant as if I was asking him for the world made me feel so small I’m guessing because I didn’t purchase anything….absolutely terrible service not to mention the prices

We had a kitchen quartz work top measured and fitted by Al Murads. There was no wait the measurements were perfect fit when they came. Fitters were very pleasant and were willing to answer any questions I had. Product is beautiful, easy to look after and an excellent investment on my home. Highly recommended

We wouldn’t to be honest go anywhere else despite the distance.
They definitely go out of their way to meet your requirements & are both really helpful & polite, nothing is too much trouble. We can definitely recommend this branch of Al murad for services, quality & price.

Absolute joke this place waiting 2 weeks for tiles after paid for them, guys in the shop don’t know what’s going on, always saying delivery take 5 days and they will here this week.

The staff at this store con you it buying more tiles an adhesivie assuring you they can be returned when you have completed the work regardless of the 30 day policy.
I would not recomend if it was the only tile supplier in Wakefield or the UK
Dishonest company.
Reported them to West Yorkshire tradinging standards for their dishonest selling tactics.
Another tile company will now get my business for my other 2 bathrooms.

Went to their Parkgate store as one in Barnsley you disturb the staff who are washing their cars or on the phone to mates, found tiles we liked, just after we left I popped back in to ask if they're in stock "yes" was the reply, went and looked elsewhere but decided on the tiles we'd seen, went in today and said I want x4 boxes and was told "no chance" I asked why and he said they needed ordering, I pointed out less than 24 hours earlier he confirmed they were in stock and apperently I asked about size of tiles, said no we asked that before we left and I came back a few mins later and asked, apperently I misunderstood, do you have in stock? Yes! What is there to misunderstand, I will never step foot in one of their shops again (which are always empty) should've walked out yesterday when we asked about a tile we'd seen online and he said they have too many tiles to know where they were and to go and look (we never found it) i hope they go bankrupt then their staff can sit in barber shops doing nothing all fay instead, at least they won't annoy people.

Very nice people and prices

They measure for you sell you too much tell you that you can take any excess back. Sounds great until you try to do it. Told me I could take back when builder finished. Didn’t get a proper receipt as systems down now will not take back staff so rude when you go back. Customer service is a joke an answer machine that you cannot leave any message as mail box is full says it all. E-mailed to eventually get a reply saying shop called so will not be dealing with you. What a load of 💩. Never use them again

I got my tiles from the Torre Road, Leeds branch. They have a massive choice and we’re extremely helpful with my choice of goods and beat other dealers on price. Highly recommended.

Bought over £1000 worth of tiles from here and now refuse to take back one box of tiles
We were let down by the tiler who is a regular customer of Al - Murad so missed the thirty day return window
I sent email to them on 06/10/25 never replied today 14/1025 I rang them to find out why my email was not replied to never gave me an answer just stated thirty day clause I did explain we were pensioners and could not afford to loose money like this
His reply was not is problem I will never use or recommend this company ever
Well Al-murad have replied to my feedback telling me to ring this number 0113 322 8075. it does not get answered but goes to voicemail but the voice mail box is full LOL great customer service not
Also sent email address for me to send my original email which never got answered last time so what is the chances of it being read and answered this time ?????

I visited the castleford store today and wanted to leave a review for the male staff member who we dealt with (shoulder length dark hair) as he’s served me multiple times while I’ve been in store and he always goes absolutely above and beyond to help us find the best products and give us advice he’s so friendly and lovely to speak to, pointed us in the right direction and we got everything we needed from the shop.

I particularly wanted to recognise Sheraz in the Bracknell store for being so helpful in helping me decide what I wanted to order by letting me take samples home but particularly going above and beyond to assist me with a big problem I had with my delivery! He really was a superstar! You need more employees like him!
