Excellent Customer Service
We don't normally bother with leaving reviews online. But for the last couple of years we have been buying tiles from Al-Murad in North Watford and we cannot fault the professionalism and excellent customer service. The staff are what make a business stand or fall and Hassan and Suven are always patient and helpful with suggestions for what will work best for a project. Prices are very reasonable compared with other better known companies. Only downside is we should have left a glowing review sooner.

Al Murad in Scunthorpe provided me with the best service possible when ordering Tiles and all the other peripheral supplies needed and gave me a very decent discount too.All the Staff are friendly , helpful and obliging but there is zero pressure and the entire experience was totally chilled.Also have to say that before I discovered Al Murad I had already visited all the high street tile companies and have to say that AM have by far the greatest selection and choice under one roof compared with all their competitors.Many Thanks indeed.

Great customer service from Suven
We purchased bathroom tiles, grout and trim from Suven in the Watford branch. He remembered us from a few years ago and provided fantastic help and advice on both occasions. He is really good with all of his customers. We will always go back to Suven at Al-Murad for any future jobs.

Bracknell shop review
Have been into the Bracknell shop on several occasions to choose tiles etc. Have now placed orders and have had amazing customer service! The guys have been polite, knowledgeable and humorous! Would definitely recommend!
