Haven’t actually used the mattress a great deal yet (couple of nights), because I’m still awaiting delivery of the frame from another provider but so far so good and the delivery was prompt and the guys delivering very polite and helpful.

We posted a review on 31st January 2020 headed "Abysmal after sales service," regarding our faulty three piece suite and the dreadful after sales service we received.

Alan Ward replied to my review on Trustpilot within an hour of us posting, saying that they were sorry to hear about this and that they would get their customer services manager to look into the issue and get back to us.

It is now 2 weeks since our review and we have not heard anything!!! This justifies our comments about their abysmal after sales service - empty promises and little or no action. We feel that their reply was just for show as they had a poor review, to try and make people think that they are doing something to help, when in fact they haven't done anything.

Alan Ward are very good at selling you items, but if something goes wrong then don't expect any decent after sales help and don't expect any fulfilment of their promises.

I will never use Alan Ward again despite being a loyal customer for over 15 years, and I certainly couldn't recommended them to anyone.

Being a loyal customer means nothing to them.

After visiting Alan Wards on 7February looking at 3piece Suites ,we decided to ask prices etc ,and was talked though the process by a very lovely sales lady by the Name of Jane Edmunds ,at the end of the conversation we had ordered a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofas , we would like to say what a pleasure it was to have such a lovely sales person in Jane Edmunds ,thank you very much ,now waiting
for the day of delivery.

Friendly staff in shop willing to answer our questions and advise us on options available e.g. sizing of corner unit and colours available. Regular feedback from store on delivery.

Shopping in your store was a delightful Lots of help without being in my face 🤓
My chairs came assembled and on time . Definitely shop with here again .
