AVOID!!! Wish i’d read the reviews before ordering.
Like everyone else the ads kept popping up on my socials and I really liked one of the dresses advertised.
Ordered thinking it was coming from a uk based company but no!!
Dress came today and it’s nothing like the ad.
Colours all wrong, shape and cut of the dress is unflattering and the material like someone else said is like an umbrella.
Looked at the return policy and it will cost me £25 to return!!!
I wouldn’t even attempt to resell on eBay so dishcloths it is.

The swimsuit was a two piece not a one piece. Top Very short and pants very skimpy and definitely not tummy control swimsuit as advertised . Got the same response as others have copied Would cost £10 to change style or send it back £30 I would honestly find it very hard to match this to anyone I know I could give it to.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! IN CHINA ,,NOT U.K as led to believe

Like others I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a terrible dress, quality is terrible, fit awful , on requesting to return received an email telling me it will cost £30.00 to return to China and that it may be better to keep the dress and perhaps gift to a friend or relative !!!

I am feeling a right idiot. Why didn’t I read reviews before ordering from this company from an instagram ad. Did not realise a Chinese company with UK name and office address. Just poor quality and fit and £30 to return a £35 dress.
Hopefully someone will read these reviews and the message is do not order.

Therefore, returning items would be at the customer's expense and risk, as shipments may encounter difficulties when returning to China. On average, return shipping costs approximately 30 GBP.

If that is not an option for you, we also offer the following: Since we prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process (CO2) emissions, you can then just keep your items and do not have to return anything. (For every 3 orders we plant a tree in the world).

Here we can then take 10% of your total order value and credit it to your payment method. Then you can for example give the item to friends or family. We hope you can understand, and I hope to resolve this soon together with you Sheila.

Note to self, research reviews in future. Agree with all these reviews, absolute rubbish from these people. Sizes and quality horrendous. Do not order from these as you may as well throw your hard earned money straight in the bin and cut out the middle con men.
They reckon they plant trees every 3rd order too 😂 yeah sure you do.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering my tiny piece of cotton described as a flattering dress! All the other reviews reflect my opinion. £30 for a ‘hassle free return’ to save the planet is a joke. How they are still trading is beyond me! I will try the trading standards and small claims court, but will not be returning the tiny dress to China for more than the cost of it!

Cheap rubbish, took weeks to arrive, putting everything in the dustbin. Returns too expensive, avoid.

I purchased 3 dresses and like everyone else the sizing is too small and quality poor. They are allegedly registered in London but when you receive tracking info the goods are coming directly from China. Been quoted £30 to return items to China. They’ve offered me 10% discount to save on CO2 emissions but they’ve only refunded £2 so far!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY - Should be reported to Trading Standards for misleading website which says “30 day hassle free returns”!!!

Order placed 10 days ago, still not here! Annoyed with myself for not checking their reviews before placing my order.

Don’t buy from them it’s a scam. Not a UK company at all based in China. The goods are really cheap in quality and not worth anything more than a couple of pounds. They say hassle free returns but it’s not it’s over 25 pounds to return an item as it goes back to China.

Don't be fooled by this company's name - even though the website lists and address in London, they are not and if you buy something and need to return it, you have to pay to ship it to China, so it costs more to ship it back than the item costs. Complete rip off - should not be able to call themselves Alex London - totally misleading. If I could give them no stars and not 1 star I would.

Please do not purchase such a rip off I wanted to return item too small poor quality wanted £30 pounds to return it to china but they could send me from china a new one for £10 - please don’t waste your money.

If I could wipe out the one star I would.The name is deceiving , also think some thing should be done about how the company is trading. Trouble free returns do not exist. £30 cost to return the goods ??? Or £9 to have another size delivered.
The dress I purchased is of poor quality, very cheap fabric.
Reading these reviews and my experience has been the same. Terrible unreliable company. Problem still ongoing. I would urge everyone to avoid purchasing anything.

Do not order anything. London in company name is very misleading as they are based in China. Dress much smaller than described and fabric really thin and poor quality. I feel this company is fraudulent and unfortunately I fell for it. Wanted £30 postage to return item or I could order bigger size for £10 postage and I could keep the other one! Wouldn't want it anyway!! Avoid this company!

Cannot rate it low enough! I am the fool, didn’t read return policy, however TOTALLY MISLEADING on the website regarding returns and the quality of the product is TERRIBLE. Just have to take the £30 hit of buying something from them, can’t give this awful dress to anyone. Furious.

This dress resembles a shroud ,both material and design never seen anything like it.Absolute disgrace.

It is in china, the dress I ordered was poor cheap quality and when I requested a refund they basically said I return at my own risk and would I accept a 10% refund of the total cost of the itemised.
