ACHTUNG vor diesem Vermieter!
Das Auto war in einem miserablen Zustand. Die Lichtmaschine war kurz davor, den Geist aufzugeben. Stoßdämpfer und Bremsen waren komplett am Ende. Während unserer Miete ist der Bus Stück für Stück auseinander gefallen, weil alles nur notdürftig zusammen gepfuscht war. Z. B. ist die Schiebetür aus den Angeln gefallen und konnte nicht wieder eingehängt werden, sodass eine Weiterfahrt nicht möglich war. Die Übergabe des Fahrzeugs erfolgte in Cancun am Straßenrand, sodass man davon ausgehen muss, dass es keinen offiziellen Standort des „Unternehmens“ gibt, was eine Bewertung bei Google usw. sehr schwierig macht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war eine Katastrophe. Diana ist absolut respektlos und unfassbar unfreundlich. Auf unsere Beschwerden gab es keine Reaktion oder Hilfestellung. Die Kaution von 1000€ wird nicht zurückgezahlt!!!! Auf WhatsApp hat mich das Unternehmen blockiert, weswegen ich nun den Rechtsweg einschlagen werde.
