Alive Network Avaliações 

I used Alive Networks to find a band for our wedding. The band were good when playing live but I was a bit disappointed in the preparation of the “free DJ” service. They said they had a Spotify playlist which I looked at and tried to add a few of our own songs and remove some I didn’t like. It wouldn’t let me do that, so the week of the wedding I then got a request to do our own playlist which was a bit late. I assumed they would review this and put it in some kind of order or at least pick what was appropriate during their breaks but they didn’t. They just hit play and there wasn’t even fading between the tracks so this was disappointing and I gave a 3 star review. However, what is more concerning is that hasn’t been published on their website. It’s still showing the band having all 5 star reviews and dates after our wedding. For that reason I would not trust Alive networks.

Following their response, I’ve actually removed a star… I cannot believe how disingenuous they are. Telling me that my review was published and I should look again.. it was publish the day after I wrote this original Trustpilot review (for which I have proof)!! So they only waited for me to call them out before publishing and then saying I’d made a mistake. And no, I don’t need you to contact me afterwards regarding this.. what are you going to do..the problem has already happened on my wedding day and you cannot fix it. The process of finding the band and communication with Alive Networks was fine hence why I gave them quite a positive review initially, it’s the lack of transparency since I left reviews which has me left me completely untrusting of this business.

We have used Alive Network for the last 3 years. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a limited budget, so we were looking very carefully at what was available.
Alive never pushed us to choose something we didn't want.
We will use them again next year for our annual Christmas Dance.
