My experience with this company has been absolutely terribly frustrating. First of all, I accidentally ordered the wrong hoop for my machine and when contacting the company I was told that I would have to wait several days for an approval to send it back even though it says on their site as long as you have not used the part it is returnable. They do not not tell you one has to wait several days before getting permission to return the item. I have never had a business tell me I have to get approval to return an item. This is just crazy! The item has since been returned and it has been 7 business days and no word of credit.

I will not use Allbrands.com again.

I placed 3 orders in the last month. 1 has been cancelled on your end. The second took about 2 weeks longer than expected. But finally received it. The third i still have not received or heard when it will ship. Next time i need something i will certainly check other places that may be faster. This is just nuts

I learned a lot. The good thing was hearing Stephen talk about what you could do and should do to keep your machines in good repair. It gave confidence regarding what we could handle ourselves and caution as to what to take to the expert.

Stephen came up with some great that's-fantastic ideas and reminded us of a few tips we'd forgotten along the way. The class was really great. Thanks!

I have always liked the sewing/embroidery classes sponsored by Allbrands. The virtual classes are just as helpful. I am learning so much and will continue to sign up. A thumbs up for the staff of Allbrands.

Great show, so informative and even though l have a top of the line machine, love that we get lessons on all sorts of machines. I love Allbrands in Baton Rouge. They are always friendly and helpful. I bought my machine from an Anita Goodesign show that they sponsored.. My machine was serviced and clean and has worked great from day one.

Information was great! Steve was great, & handled the camera very well. Don't know if the sound quality was lacking & breaking up because of U tube, your end or mine. Never the less, Stephen was great!

It is always great to hear how to take care machines the best way we can to eliminate taking in and being without. Appreciated all the knowledge shared

The Tech Tips Broadcast was informative and Stephen is very knowledgeable about sewing and embroidery machines. My experiences with AllBrands have always been positive. I live in Corpus Christi but have my Brother machine service performed by Stephen at the San Antonio store. He is super helpful and always gets my machine back to me in top condition.

This was a very informative class. It was nice to be reminded of things we can do to keep our machines running smoothly. thank you so much.

Found the portions on Luminaire helpful. Was hoping there was a way to open the side of the machine (nearest needle) to remove threads that get caught in there. Took a cleaning/care class for Dream Machine that saved me several trips for repair. Overall, good information.

I was very interested in how to care for my machine. I have sewn for 70 years, but you can always learn something new, right? The man was extremely knowledgeable. I understand how important it is not to enter the top of the machine, only the bottom.

My go-to store for embroidery equipment and supplies! Staff is very helpful, friendly and the ONE time an order had an issue they fixed it and shipped immediately! Love them!

Knew I would not get it by Christmas but was suppose to be a few days late it showed up way after New Years by then my wife bought her one and we didn’t need it. Never opened it and sent it back, they got it back January 15 2021 said so in the fedex page took a picture Now it is a month after they charged me and still nothing.
